I change my mind on people based on gut reading, and Drac's recent post saying "if Bea is bad, I quit" made me feel it was genuine. His actions during the end of that LC lynch felt good to me too. I don't think MM is bad so I don't think he was trying to save Drac either.

I think it would occur to me pretty early that if I went the protect myself by hiding behind supatown players route that if I died I'd leave behind no breadcrumbs.

I believe he has already set a personal record in post count by a ton, and it's Day 8 (compared to say Recruitment or World Reborn where he lived to the final day). Really? That's Drac posting a lot? Maybe he is bad. I was under the impression he didn't care that much, and since I didn't think you were trying to save him, I thought he was okay. But this kind of changes things

Your threads tying FZ and Draconus together make sense. Here are some highlights from your post I'd like to give my commentary on.

The suspicion she raises on the Draco vote is incredibly valid. Why would he vote for FZ at this point for attempting to save someone he thought was bad (JJJ) when JJJ had more votes. Unless they were distancing?

I assume by "they" you mean Drac and FZ. This is a pretty good starting point for tying them together as distancing usually starts with a light little back-and-forth such as this. Also, the contradiction of logic (voting FZ instead of JJJ) is something you'd expect to see in a distancing tactic. One person inventing a reason to place a throwaway/harmless vote on another person, often in contradiction of a more viable option.

HamburgerBoy raises doubts about the validity of her point so she quotes a few Draco posts to justify it. Pretty haphazardly thrown together post. I don't think FZ had any intention of actually getting Draco lynched here.

I can agree partway with this. I don't think FZ's post was as slapdash as certain other posts I've seen recently, but I do agree it doesn't ring true to me. It doesn't have the weight behind it I was expecting. Though where HB's death is a plus tick for you, I think I'm leaning more minus tick.

For someone such as FZ who is a little bit tinfoily to not even entertain the idea that HB was kamikaze mode and stood behind a player who she had just read as manipulatively trying to chain her to a mislynch... There is a disconnect there. It makes her previous suspicions look fabricated.

I quite agree here. Another flag of distancing is behavior that is atypical of a persons usual strategies. Such as a usually speculative FZ to not be speculative.

We've gone from her establishing a scum read earlier in the game from no case, to now having a civ read on him with no interaction at all?

Another flag, early pecking followed by a cooldown period, followed by a change of heart, usually with little to no reason.

All of her interaction around Draco is suspicious. They are scum together.

A solid conclusion with reasonable evidence. Still not going to change my vote tho.

I have been defending Wilgy for days. I have been suspecting Draconus for days. To tie my 30 minute old case to that is trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. FZ pinged me today so I analysed her ISO and noticed a lot of issues around her interactions with Draconus. You just took my case that I think is awesome and didn't even observe the relevance of it instead just saying it makes me bad. You fucking suck you vile Marmot.

I haven't been trying to discredit DH's case. His case on Wilgy is compelling. I just have a strong reason to think Wilgy is not bad that is hard for me to put down. He isn't doing a great job backing me up at all.

And if you think Draconus is scum why are you letting him hide his vote behind you and DH so blatantly? Why are you, Rico and DH letting him get away with such blatant buddying?

Well, this was a frustrating ISO, and I'm definitely calling it a day, considering that another Wacky Gamer is up next. TBH, in my mind, I started this with expectations of confirming a lot of scumcrumbs on Matt: weird theory making, focusing (relentlessly) on his own angles, tunnelling, skating the game with this mindset, bad judgement calls, ideas going nowhere etc. But it doesn't quite show up in the actual material, at least not with such intensity or gravity. Sure, the first few days, he's rather annoyingly making use of "because reasons" angles and seeming like he's just 'doing his thang", instead of collaborating with the rest of the thread. Then, after investing full-time in the game, he truthfully reads more focused and some of his theories gel better with what's going on in the game.

Of course, Matt was a lunatic civ theory maker in THM and I'm seeing nothing as "bad" in what he's pulling as that in here. He's surprisingly got the most "alternative" vote record of most around here, meaning both devoid of mislynches, but also not on any mafia person, as far as we can tell from reveals so far. I normally would have mixed feelings out of this, overall. A baddie could be in a bit more control, as to not misstep too much inside the game. But I'm not fully reading Matt as such, either. The worst looking moment, as I've already said, is missing D6 when it mattered for LC, a player he read as civ.

I'd place him right now no lower than a weirdly (and annoyingly) self-centered yellow, pressuring on the same issues, angles and theories, but some of them don't read out as far-fetched or manipulatory.

So help me out, players who suss him out. What has he been sinning with, in your view? I got little to nothing out of this ISO, honestly.

I read Mac's case and there are indeed some ping-worthy stuff in it. I'd need a Draco flipping bad, first, though, in order to analyse it in more detail.

One thing I didn't like in FZ's rebuttal was saying Draco going "if bea = bad, ffs" speaking well of Draco. The idea, to me, was his incredulity at bea's game being baddie at heart. I don't think Draco's alignment comes into relevancy here. If he's civ, true, it's a genuine cry. If he's baddie on a different team, it would work the same.
