If we're looking at the cases, there is real evidence that points to motel room. He survived a night kill. His only comments the past few day phases have been "I'm not Stan" and "I'm voting so-and-so". As you stated, he has not even bothered defending himself. There is Bass's Night 0 vote for the first option in the poll. The evidence against Draco is less clear.

If we're just looking at the voters, I like the ones on the motel wagon, as opposed to the ones on the Draco wagon. Literally the top half of my rainbow list is voting motel room, and the bottom half Draco (excluding the players being voted here).

If we're looking at the players in question, Draco has been here all game and tried. Motel room has not tried that I'm aware of. He does not deserve to lurk and win. He did replace in after the game started, but so did FZ.
