And wanting to make a tie on day one is not a baddie thing re MP. As the host of the legendary 4 or 5 way tie, I say this.
Elo reading way into what Epi says seems to be a town tell to me. I'm backing off of her unless I have to vote her today to save me or Sloonei. I'd like to avoid that if possible.
You want to be saved after telling people that you would rather die? Was that just a hollow jab?
I'd be in a right mind to believe both you and Sloonei are bad now.
Vote for me then. I dare you. :mafia:

Could you consider that maybe I went from 0-100 because I've been ridiculously busy with PhD work, preparing Battle of the Hosts, playing a ridiculously posty Arkham game, oh, and I got sick, and that maybe I'm feeling a bit better and am currently not as busy / shirking my responsibilities? Why are you jumping to me and Sloonei being mafia? Mind explaining that?

Loving this new indiglo CFD. But we should still move those other votes off of Elo and Sloonei. Maybe start a different second wagon, Epi or Long Con perhaps?

You know what else was awesome? You and S~V~S keeping me nearly lynched for days, making me use both my lynch stops before getting BTSC with me as part of the same house. :derp:

What does this even mean? "Without putting it into words." Why would you do a crazy thing like articulating the reason behind your vote? "Feeling a lot of gut read on elo." :suspish:

The mafia team there consisted of Cookie, S~V~S, Russtifinko, Movingpictures07, and ika.

Only two of those are present here. You'd have to ask yourself if either of them would employ the same rationale for kills as before.
Speculating on NKs is useless. Anyone could have killed anyone else in any game.
I've noticed patterns before, so don't tell me it's useless.

Well, I'll start my rebuttal thusly:

If you lynch Eloh, you're an ignoramoose. Or bad.

So don't do it.

She stuck her neck out for me, and I am now inclined to do likewise because I pay attention and know how to read.

If you need lynch me to discover we're not teammates, that's fine. Knock yourselves out. I'll lose the game, but I'll still Gilbert Gottfried the shit out of you.

MP is casting lazy votes and now suspects nijuukyugou. I don't like that. Switching my vote to MP.
It's OK if you tell me that I'm ignoramoose or bad if I vote for someone, but you don't take heed of my comments similarly re: Sloonei? :eye:

How is the "know how to read" comment even necessary? That's unnecessarily adversarial.

How am I casting "lazy" votes? I don't disagree, but you don't really explain that, especially since, as of this post of yours, I had only cast one vote in the entire game: against you.

Yeah, I suspected Blooper in d1 as I was catching up. Why don't you find her suspect? And how does me disagreeing with you make me bad? Townies disagree with each other all of the time.

WTF Epi?

I'm going to come on out and defend her. I think she's good. If you lynch her, you're just going to look foolish.

I would rather the civilians reevaluate.

As for Sloonei, that was my big suspect. Does Sloonei give up when civilian? When bad? I don't know.

MP suspects nijuu. I don't. So MP has my vote now.
Explain yourself now.
I got your ass in here playing ball, didn't I? Beats the hell out of a last minute, uninformed vote against me. :meany:

Linki: I'm glad you're feeling better, but you're doing a good job, now that you've received some traction from asking for people to vote for you, of going hunting for hunting's sake. You're doing s huge defense of Sloonei, who for all intents and purposes could be very much bad, and as a civ you're putting a lot at stake. I think you're concerned that you might actually die, and I'm limping Sloonei in there because of you defense of him. But I currently think you are bad regardless.

Crazy conspiracy thought: DrWilgy and indiglo are both bad; indiglo wanted to get me lynched, used DrWilgy's "seduced" vote of me as a way to get more discussion surrounding me, but then Wilgy backed off because he's not really seduced, and someone else still is.

I think you are making a lot of sense, MP. I am willing to give Sloonei the BOTD, but I feel better about Epi than you do. I can go for an Indi vote, though. One of the things that made Elohs read into Epis post seem more sinister to me was the way Indi followed it right up.

So I can switch to Indi.

Epi, I won't disagree regarding NK patterns. I think analyzing just one NK this early though is not going to give us anything useful.

And seriously, your suspicion of me was merely to get me playing more, nothing else?

I agree entirely, and I think that indicates that indi was utilizing a civilian Elo's post as a springboard, if indi is indeed mafia. I don't see teammates interacting like that.

I'm switching my vote to Epignosis because he technically is at the bottom of my rainbow list, and therefore should receive my vote... since I'm feeling worst about him. :srsnod:

I support an indiglo lynch over all the others with more than 1 vote though, since she's in my most bottom category as well, for observations/reasons I've tried to demonstrate.

I can explain better later, but I'm voting indiglo in the hopes of saving Eloh, who I think is gettin votes for dumb reasons and is not bad. Don't get used to this morning stuff - I just happened to have some extra planning period time to check the thread :P

Nice "No U"! I am not bad. But I'm glad I'll get to prove it. MP, I am leaving my vote on you. You come in the thread, after being 100% absent from day 1, and then suddenly build a case on the 1 person who's been looking at you? Hilairous.

Civs will be sorry in about 20 minutes, and you're going to look REAL, real bad. I can't wait. :haha:

Also Mp I don't agree with your case on indiglo. I think he and I had very similar thoughts this game concerning you and you jumped right on that case. I don't think he is bad as of yet, and it basically looks to me like you took his words and used them as a NO U argument.

Not only do you try to build a case on me (which is totally false) but now, after having zero reads on ANYONE, you are CERTAIN I am bad. :haha:

I'm not. Lots of posting last night. I have read through, now I'll go back and do a couple of responses. I'd vote for Scotty. Not for Epi. Not for Eloh. Not prepared to slam it down on Sloonei/MP right now. Indiglo may be bad, I don't have a good read there right now, but I'll vote indi to save any of the folks I listed as not bad.

Way to defend against the points I actually brought up.

Note to players: If you want to actually defend against a suspicion, you won't denounce your accuser as performing a "NO U". That doesn't invalidate any of the content.

Let me just rant here, not against indi but against "NO U" as a defense in general.

"NO U" is nonsense.

If I went into the thread on d1 from the getgo and built a legitimate case against every other player in the game, and then every time someone suspects me I could just denounce them and not even respond to their points by saying "NO U".

MP,

I'm not mocking you, I'm laughing at the hilarity of the situation.

NO U is nonsense. That's not a response to accusations. It's a way to avoid responding to someone else for suspecting you just because you suspected them first.

I never sleep.

Also, that first part may or may not be a lie.

Linki: Mp, I've already said why. I think you are suspicious because of your jump to be involved once people actually started voting for you. You are suddenly interested in the game like I was interested in little Peggy in 5th grade, and that's a dangerous thing.
That's weak. :eye: You're not even judging me based on my content, but my posting volume, for which I've already provided a reasonable and true explanation.

How does it feel to be orange now, Scotty my man?
I am judging you based on your content. It's specifically where you said: "VOTE FOR ME" followed by "SAVE ME" as an indirect relation with saving Sloonei.
But you have no opinion on any of the other opinions I've provided?

No comment on indi? Elo? Anyone else?

I'm starting to think Sloonei is right about you. :eye:
Linki beast got me.
I'm in full on tunnel mode on you, and I'm on my phone.
But I'm getting there. If you're not lynched today, I'll always humor you and reread your proposals in the night. Phone posting takes longer and i tend to space out more.
I don't think Epi is bad. I don't think your cases are going to convince me otherwise on him.

If I am incorrect, I sincerely apologize, but all of my observations were honest as I read up on the thread. If you don't believe me, then I don't know. But it'd help if you approached me by considering both perspectives -- that I could be civilian or mafia, if you are indeed civilian.

Otherwise it just seems like you're trying to discredit me without actually responding to me.

And if you need me to elaborate upon any of my points, feel free. But most of my observations perhaps could be cleared, if I am incorrect, if you clarify your train of thought regarding your points.

It'd also help if you actually had a thought on someone other than me. Give me some content.

Similar feeling with LC. He just seems content flying under the radar saying a seemingly helpful comment now and then. Doesn't seem too concerned.
I'm not flying under the radar, I have no control over whether or not people want to make cases about me. So far I have not been in the spotlight very much, and you're right, I am content to be that way. I'm reading and analyzing, and I make a comment when I have something to say. I am, however, concerned about lynching baddies.

I don't have time to respond to it all MP. Well played. I almost didn't make it on here this morning, but I had a few minutes so I came on. You have twisted and misinterpreted every single post of mine you've quoted.

I am now thinking he may be FL - who survives his first death. That's why he said "kill me instead of sloon." Then he opportunistically jumped on me instead, because why waste your first survival this early?
