I'll admit, SVS has also done a sprit-like implication that she might have already won the game. "She has no reason to fight back".

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 6]
I have not already won the game, but yeah, I don't have much of a reason to fight back. I am demoralized and unhappy, and have been for most of the game. I had like 10 seconds of awesome, and then, poof.
So keep making your cases. they're hilarious.

Why do you think only baddies vote for themselves? Sprit may be bad, but a self vote can be from frustration, and in my experience that is the usual reason for it.juliets wrote:sprityo, why would you drop a vote on yourself if youre not bad and not an inmate? i just don't understand.sprityo wrote:just for the simple fact that the floyd lynch will more than likely go through, (which i do support, dont get me wrong) ill be saving my vote for later, and if it's not needed, ill drop it on myself

Sprit's comment in general looks super shifty (almost as shifty as TH). Like he's okay with a Floyd lynch - but if he doesn't have to save himself he'll vote himself? SVS I don't think you're bad, but trying to justify a self vote as civ behavior is a fool's errand IMO. It's not baddie behavior and it's not civvie behavior, it just means that you're not trying

I did not say it was civ, TH, I said it was frustration. That is not necessarily a baddie motiviation. I think frustration is outside of affiliation, I guess. I agree that it is lame, but it is what it is.
Linki, OK. I did not read it that way,and I apologize. I thought it was a sweeping thing.
Linki @ Golden, no I am actually having better. Why is my saying your cases are funny upsetting to you? You are really wrong, and I am finding it kinda fun to read your cases.

Well, you are.
You have to expect this when you play, that sometimes you are wrong. And when you are the person you are wrong about reacts however.
You're wrong. I am laughing about it instead of having a conniption. I think I should have spoken to the mod the other day, but today I am all A-OK.

Because laughing at my case and saying 'you are so wrong' is exactly what I'd expect from you when I'm right and you want to deflect attention. It doesn't convince me in the slightest that I'm wrong.

Sorry, I forgot DFaraday and Enrique.
DFaraday: I know there had been some conjecture on him but with only probably one recent exception, I think I've found his posts to be what I'd have expected of him were he Town. I'm happy to a consider an alternate view if anyone would care to link me to one but for the time being I'd go with good.
Enrique: I don't know. My feelings about his alignment could be compared to a revolving door. I've swung wildly in my opinion of his alignment throughout this game and while I'd go with good /independent for the time being, it would be a judgement based on little confidence.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 6]
My intent was to vote for floyd. And I want to see sprit lynched. But today was my opportunity to do the iso. I probably won't get another one for a week. So I did it.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 6]
I could get behind a sprit a glorf or a low poster lunch. I'm just not sure why Floyd is being chosen? Because he's likely to be an inmate because epig would not put him on a team?
I just want to make sure I understand why he's being chosen over other no shows and non posters.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 6]
You 'assumed' I was going to vote for you on day one too. Did I? No.
You've actually spent the whole game treating me as though you know my every thought, judging me, putting me down. You say you don't have an issue with me, but your behaviour this game suggests otherwise. So, instead of telling me what is (or should be) in my own head, how about you just play the game that is in front of you.
I made a case. If you want me to believe you are good, defend to the case. Don't just throw your toys at me and tell me I can't be convinced.
And no, the 'half the thread' that tell me I'm wrong are not persuasive, because most of them are making arguments in your defence that don't stack up. Or are you going to tell me I'm wrong when I say that you won BoB while leaving a whole lot of inactives alive, for example?

I chose him of the absentees after I went back to his posts and realised he made one that pinged me.Dom wrote:I could get behind a sprit a glorf or a low poster lunch. I'm just not sure why Floyd is being chosen? Because he's likely to be an inmate because epig would not put him on a team?
