Bottom line is that Scotty is 50% likely to be bad, but without BTSC.

Do you want to lynch him straight off tomorrow, or do you want to leave him alone and hunt the BTSC mafia? You know, the ones with the kills?

Finish him off. There may be secrets, and though he doesn't have direct BTSC it is said that he can give messages to the two that do have it.

I'm sure that letting him live for too long while we aimlessly try to go after the other two will turn out to be a bad idea.

If Scotty doesn't die tonight from the indy most certainly searching him, then yeah, I think we should lynch him tomorrow.

I'm fine lynching him again, but I am prioritizing Boris and Natasha.

True. But now they have gotten a few fearless leader messages, and likely know who he is. So we need to keep that in mind.

The baddies have an outnumber win condition, so they will be less likely to want to throw each other under the bus. If we think Scotty could be fearless leader, looking for people who don;t want to lynch him might give us information, even if it is a bandwagon.

Well, if they play the long game, they will want to keep as many of them alive as possible. It may not be that big of an issue now, but come endgame, they will want to be in a better position, and keeping as many of them alive as possible would be a smart way to play it. It is easier to win if you can have 2 opponents alive than one.

Bit that was why I thought that the fact that B & N know who FL is matters.

Day 4

In which the hose is in Texas and unable to write a detailed and punny post.

The players mulled around aimlessly, waiting for the narrative to advance. The would have to wait a little longer though, but maybe MURDER would be enough to keep them talking and engaged for another day.

Epignosis has been killed.
You have 24 hours to lynch a baddie.

A message from Aesop and Son:

There was once a dairy farmer name John who was well-known for making the most delectable butters and cheeses for villages abound. Unlike most farms in the area, or the world, for that matter, his cows were treated to the choicest of grasses and daily massages, which resulted in a creamier milk for processing, which resulted in customers begging for his wares at astounding rates.

Despite his success, John was still paying off a large debt to his landlord, Sir Neville Anderson, whose family had indentured John’s for generations. John would not be relieved of said debt for some years to come; still, he remained optimistic that his skill in dairy would make him a free man someday, and continued to work hard at his craft. Sir Neville was particularly fond of the gorgonzola that John produced, and if John made enough of it to satisfy his lord, a portion of his debt was slashed from the monthly payment.

Now, John had a wife he loved dearly, but often asked a lot him despite his workload and debt. One Monday, she inquired, in her most irresistible voice, all the while batting her eyelashes, if he could make 20 pounds of butter for an engagement party she was throwing at week’s end. John, not wanting to disappoint his wife, immediately agreed to the deal. He quite forgot, however, that the end of the month was drawing near, when Sir Neville would be asking for his payment and supply of gorgonzola.

John was undeterred in his task. By day, he processed milk into butter, averaging about three pounds a day if he skipped lunch breaks. By night, he checked and maintained his aging gorgonzola, and prepared the supply for packaging and transportation to his lord’s house, for Sir Neville desired an extra-large portion this month. He slept rarely and ate more rarely still, growing paler and skinnier throughout the week, yet continued working hard nonetheless. On Friday, John’s wife dropped by the processing room to check on his work; by then, John had managed to produce 15 pounds of butter, but this was certainly not enough for the large party she had planned, and she grew upset. “You promised you’d be able to do this!” she cried, throwing her hands in the air. “I’ve given you plenty of time. What on earth have you been doing all week?” Then, she burst into tears. “You must care more about that wretched lord’s cheese than me and my needs.”

John looked at his wife with tired eyes. “I’m living for giving Sir Neville his bleu,” he replied, then smiled and hugged her despite his exhaustion. “But I’m churnin’, I'm churnin’, I'm churnin’ for you!”

If Scotty is or isn't the fearless leader I'd think they would want to lynch him, especially if he is FL and they were able to convey to him somehow their identities. Keeping him alive runs the risk of him slipping up and revealing them or being hesitant to vote for one of them in a close lynch or any number of ways of outing them by accident. Plus, if he isn't FL of course they would just play along that he is to get a civ lynched.

I think if he is Nell he will die tonight by snidely whiplashes hand (unless that's not possible if Dudley is still alive) otherwise he is FL.

.....and he didn't die via snidely. So I'm willing to bet he is FL.

My main suspect for Boris or Natasha happens to be SVS so I'll put my vote there.

I'm still down for lynching Scotty today, but I agree that a simple bandwagon day will he unproductive, so let's try to avoid that. I don't know how active I will be, though.

Check out SVS's iso, from yesterday in particular. She defended Scotty near lynch time which is the basis for my vote on her today.

At the end of the day if Scotty is the one lynched I'll be happy, but I don't want to waste the day by not talking about other suspects.

RIP Epi. That was probably the cleanest choice Mafia could make.

So, again, I am not Fearless Leader or Nell, so obviously the narrator is in play. That is literally the only option here for why I was saved.

But I don't know what I could say or do to prove this otherwise. If you feel like lynching me again is the best solution to settle things, then go ahead. I will die, and we will be no closer to figuring out the actual Mafia.

Wait, this implicates SVS while Scotty is still unconfirmed?

Interesting theory there Sorsha. Is that what you would do if you were Mafia?
I like how you've framed this so cookie-cutter. Did it it occur to you that Snidely may already be dead?

How much are you willing to bet? I'm not a betting man but I love to gamble when I know I have the advantage.

Actually, I'm insulted that you think I would go through such simple means to lynch someone Scotty. Even though I change my style every game doesn't mean I change. If I were mafia, and I killed you like that... Well that'd just be dissapointing. Not enough flashing lights, no cheering crowd, no sense of madness bestowed upon the viewers of the incident.
