I am noming some fine Killian's Irish Red. Then I will nom a glass or 2 of red wine. Then I will nom more turkey leftovers. This is the year in which I make a second turkey dinner because my one true love requests it. And which my one true love learns exactly HOW much turkey is left from a 14 lb turkey with only 2 people to eat it.

It's almost 1 am and I'm considering making mac and cheese. Like from scratch. We got home at like 7 and I got lured into nappy land and now I'm just now waking up.

You totes called it btw. He woke up and started cleaning the carpets so I didn't feel guilty about banging around in the kitchen. Yes - at 2:30 in the morning he was cleaning carpets and I was making white cheddar mac and cheese with bacon in it.

While I'm not "eating" it - I did "taste" it to make sure I had the proportions right.

I just made egg salad.

We had a doz eggs to use and some bread that'll go bad if we don't eat something sammich like in the next few days....

Also - it''s starting to get into AZ summer time.

This will be my awesome before I go to work eats today.
And before work - I'll put some stuff for stew in the crock pot. By the time I get done working and the sun has long been set, it will be YUMMIES.

I just had a big slice of veggie pizza from the local place downstairs (Westshore Pizza). It was so hot so the cheese was still gooey. I never really eat pizza so this was a special treat and I savored every bite.
