I agree with indi, silverwolf. More than that, I'd go a step further and say that I've maintained my vote in DDL in part because your defence of him hasn't been particularly strong... until now.

It's possible we're wrong. It's possible you're wrong.Silverwolf wrote:I'm disappointed in the dragon lynch.
As long as town keeps screwing themselves-most likely e scum's help, I have very little interest in posting on this game. Nobody listens to me anyway.

You shouldn't bail on the game though. Most people seem to trust you and that's just as important as people following your reads. Make your case heard loudly and be thorough, and people will follow. That's just the game, yanno?

Matt is hilarious. He now things that the Fuzz lynch was basically the entire baddie team bussing Fuzz

Read back through Matt's posts around the Fuzz lynch, and he seemed a bit perturbed by how it went down as well. Same sort of "good result, but lame lynch" posts.

Are you considering that there might be an informational backing to SW's comments? I have no idea how she plays, whether this is how she reacts to a lynch of a town read in general or if it's indicative of something else.Golden wrote:I agree with indi, silverwolf. Like, here he is, trying to manoeuvre the thread after the Fuzz lynch, off of whom? Enrique and Sig.Matt wrote:Well I ask about gleam cuz it looks like we're headed towards a sig or Enrique lynch and I'm wondering...
If Fuzz was lynched because he voted for Ika, which he would only reasonably do to save a teammate IMO (which in this case would be gleam, or perhaps even Epi)...
I'm just wondering why ya all aren't looking their way instead of sig and Enrique?
Epi especially, considering I believe he was "catching up" and was questioning the thread "Why Fuzz? I don't get Fuzz?" derpa derpy doo.
But yeah, for Golden to go after sig...lulz. You gotta be kidding me.
And who BOTH just moved into third and out of second, with Matt's vote? Enrique and Sig.

He truly did ask to be replaced on March 8 (I just checked). The Fuzz stuff hadn't happened yet, and he hadn't started taking any heat yet. He said he didn't have time, and apologized for taking up a spot in an awesome game.

Re: [DAY 5] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
Perhaps your "man up" comment put me off. I am considering what you are putting out. And I have played with Enri a looooong time, and I think he might have, because that CFD thing was not old school, it was not a cool way to catch a baddie from a baddie perspective. BUT like I said, I am considering what you are putting out.Matt wrote:Like I said, who here thinks Enrique would run away as a bad guy and get replaced? Re: [DAY 2] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
I'm frantically looking through DDL's stuff for evidence of a civ BTSC connection with SW. He generally seemed to civ read her, I'm just going to throw anything potentially contrary into the thread as I find it. Time is limited.
Dragon D. Luffy wrote:I don't like it either.sig wrote:So re the whole Ike thing I wasn't feeling the wagon, but Silver coming in and saying she won't play as much if he flips bad is pingy on many levels. It isn't fair to the players or the hosts to hold your activity up as a weapon if things aren't going your way. This might just be me but this seems like a quite scummy thing to do. How does eveyrone else feel on this?
I'm torn between the scumhunter side of me who wants to pressure them for that and the ambassador side who wants shield them from community bullying.
This kind of relates to the point I made early about how the two acting like they are a single organism instead of two separate players rubs people the wrong way. Nobody knows how to deal with that, myself included.

SVS, I didn't mean to insult Enrique with the "man up" thing. More of a compliment, and that's why I don't think he's bad.
Anywho, have to run to work now. Good bye all, and good luck Boomrique!

Sticking with DDL. I am going with gut that silverwolf just disagrees, if it was btsc she might have fought a little or made a bit of a case he was good at the end there.

I've been trying to compare their thoughts on different players, but haven't had enough time to get a real feel for it. They had some similar suspicions, and some different ones so far.

If Enrique were a woman, I would've said "woman up", as I believe both men and women are super strong beings who can "up" themselves....or something. No offense meant by my comment. Tbh, I'm kind of sad you would think I would say "man up" trying to discredit women like they can't "woman up" or whatever.

Re: [DAY 5] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
Day 5
The Syndicate had erupted in a state of chaos. All the prisoners from Syndicate Penitentiary had escaped and they were running rampant throughout the town. Free members were confused and concerned and the Police were frustrated. This was not part of their plan, so they were frantically trying to incarcerate the prisoners once again. In the meantime, votes were pouring in. The prisoners were making the most of their freedom, letting their voices and opinions be known. The question is whether or not they were helping the families. As the day drew to a close the prisoners became more excited to see who might be joining them in the prison. The final tally was counted and they had their answer. Dragon D. Luffy was quickly cuffed and led away for booking.

MP and Daisy sat at a small table at the front of a crowded room. Everyone was crammed in here now, prisoners, police and both families.
MP banged a gavel on the table (it made him feel important, like a judge or something) and called for attention, "The time has come to grant someone parole, all of the prisoners are here and it is up to us to grant one of them freedom."
Daisy nodded, "Your decision here is important. Each prisoner is allowed to vote as well, but self voting is strictly prohibited. Choose wisely."
Dragon D. Luffy has been arrested. He was Sockface, a member of The Sockfaced Famiglia.
It is now Night 5.
You have 24 hours to vote on a prisoner to be paroled.
You have 23 hours to send in your night actions.

Re: [NIGHT 5] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
Host Announcement: It's parole time!
If you're a prisoner, use Night 5 to convince other prisoners and the main game players as to why you deserve a parole. Note that you cannot self-vote.
If you're a main game player, use Night 5 to vote for whichever prisoner you believe most deserves a parole.
After Night 5, all prisoners who are not paroled will return to prison.
