Website Outage

Unfortunately, the website was down for the past roughly three hours. I was not informed beforehand, or for that matter at all, by Bluehost of any server outage, maintenance, or any reason that we should have incurred this site outage. I submitted a ticket once the site went down; I have not yet heard back, but it should be a maximum of 24 hours. Until then, I'll be fervently looking into why this happened, especially since this is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. Four months ago I upgraded the site's server, and at that time was told these instances should not occur, so I will be doing everything in my power to ensure this doesn't happen again.

It has definitely been acting up way too much; I'm not sure what the cause is. Hopefully Bluehost can adequately assist me with it, because obviously I don't want this happening without warning, even for a minute, let alone multiple hours.
