On Day 4, Dom addresses Sorsha for the first time (also the first time he makes any mention of her at all) with the following...
Dom wrote:
Sorsha wrote:Well I'm here... The Mafia gods sent someone to pound on my front door so I wouldn't miss the vote.

Wilgy is bad?
Your team?
Dom never follows up on this, just a fun little poke at her I guess. Anywho...

On Day 5, Dom's second post about Sorsha (the first post, if you recall right up there, he questions Sorsha if her team got her to come vote), Dom seems to discredit Nero's suss on Sorsha because it's his "first post on Sorsha" (lol) and wants to know why Nero dropped suss of sig and Lorab...but you can read it I guess in it's entirety...
Dom wrote:
Nerolunar wrote:Yuck, people are voting for me.

Im getting suspicious of Sorsha. She is wallflowering and it doesn´t look good. Matt is also being weird - Im leaning scum on these two.

Tbh I find it weird that Wilgy listed me. I don´t have BTSC with anyone of any alignment. I think it was more of a scum read from him, and not an indicator of how his role worked out.
This is your first post about Sorsha. Why did you drop sig and LoRab?
On Day 6, Dom's third post about Sorsha in the entire game...
Dom wrote:
Scotty wrote:Dom, would you vote for Sorsha?
Tomorrow I might.
So like, first post he seems to mildy suspect Sorsha based on his question to her, or it was just a joke? Not sure.

Second post, it seems like he's discrediting Nero's suss of Sorsha because it's his "first post" on her. But then again, that's how I see it, how does everyone else interpret Dom's second post about Sorsha in the game?

Third post, he says "tomorrow I might [VOTE: ". Haha. Why Dom, that was literally your third post on Sorsha, the first of which you sussed her and the second of which you seemed to try and discredit a suss on her.

Let's get Dom on Day 9.]

Here's a hypothetical. If you were blackmailed to vote a certain way, would you believe that the way you were told to vote is bad, or looks better for it?

It would depend. I've seen mafia members target one another with their own abilities plenty of times for the purpose of looking better.

Voted epi because self preservation. I don't necessarily think he's bad, but I know that I'm not bad, and therefore it's what I need to do.

I'd rather vote Scotty. Or possibly Ika--his posts are making me increasingly uncomfortable.

I'll try to stick around for the next couple of hours, but not sure I'll be able to be on much. I'm not bad. I have no idea how to convince anyone of that. But please don't vote for me.

The Day phase ends tomorrow. I'm not completely sure my vote is going to stay where it is, and I think making turning this into a dilemma for the other voters (Epi or Lorab) is dangerous and premature. I intend to work things out as much as I can, and then encourage people to vote the person I think is bad.

Note that I did a complete 180 turnaround from my night case against Epi, and not voting him.

MM, why are you voting Epi? You've given less on the matter than Phil the Groundhog cares about seeing his shadow every year.

Why is everyone calling me a groundhog lately? I'm not remotely a groundhog.

I think today's the day to vote for Epignosis. I found ika's case very convincing. I might switch before the day is over unless the lynch ends up being somewhat unanimous.

Why did you do a complete 180 on Epignosis last night? I find it suspicious that you no longer suspect him the day I decide to vote for him. :ponder:

Excellent question, MM?

For me, this vote will come down to Matt, MM, and Scotty. LoRab hasn't given me enough to earn my vote yet (YET young lady!)

I have Dom in a role I feel pretty sure he belongs in, and I think Ika is a civvie.

I slowed the train down way before you voted Epi unannounced, so find that as suspicious as you want- you voting him has no bearing on my opinion.

That 5 separate people are very certain and vehement in backing up Epi's civ play (including Mrs Hughes) is the biggest thing. It could be they're all wrong about him, but I'm mired in self doubt.

I do remember that Dom may have left a breadcrumb as to his role, and I think this is the second time I forgot I assumed this.

Matt is someone who seemed very much confused during the Sorsha lynch EoD, but that could very well be a facade.

MM you have been sneaking by, so I wouldn't mind voting there. Maybe. Today's vote for me would optimally come down to those 2. Though I don't see convincing evidence for either, unfortunately. :sigh:

I'm still stewing about who would be nuts enough to kill Long Con when he was on his way to the gallows the next Day.

There's no other reason but that.

Dom, if you think anybody else should be lynched, I'm all ears. There was no mafia lynched until I listened to Black Rock, and even then, I could have gummed up the works.

You're absolutely right. I think this lynch is critical. I do not think you are bad. I do not think Illyria is bad. I don't think ika is bad, though I do want to lynch him because he's being unhelpful.

That leaves Matt, MM, Lorab, and Scotty.

The one that has stuck out is that Wilgy implied he didn't have BTSC. But what if there was a redirect that effected his information? Or what if we're misinterpreting his posts? And yes, I realize the same could be said for his posts about me--but I think there are other reasons to see that I'm not bad.

Are there other reasons why it's unlikely he's bad, though, that I'm missing (or not remembering right now)?

Read any of my defense posts, in which I talk about points that have been made that others have found suspicious.

And, I'm not bad because the role I was sent isn't a bad role. :p

But, really, because I've been doing my best to help the civies. I haven't jumped on a number of the lynch trains that have formed. I did have a lynch train formed against me--which at least 1 civie thought was BS based on the fact that I was saved. And I'll make that 2 civies that thought it was BS because of Wilgy (even though no role is infallible, as I point out above).

Also, and I know this is WIFOM, but look at the kills. Do those really look like choices that I would advocate? Even knowing that any 1 baddie only has so much of a voice on a team, I don't think any of the choices are ones with which I would remotely agree to.

And I also know that the baddies probably know my role by now and would be quite happy to lynch me. So, the fact that people keep mentioning my name for amorphous reasons--some of those folks have to be bad and are trying to keep things in that direction.

The problem with this argument, is this is exactly what Sorsha did too. She voted off of several bandwagons, and she had Matt defending against her lynch, though I guess in this case I don't think he is a civilian.

Speaking of redirects, what if the mafia got a hold of a lynch switch the day you were supposed to be lynched. You said we can't be sure about Scotty because of the potential for redirects, but we also can't be sure that a civilian switched the lynch from you.

But, really, because I've been doing my best to help the civies. I haven't jumped on a number of the lynch trains that have formed. And I'll make that 2 civies that thought it was BS because of Wilgy (even though no role is infallible, as I point out above).

And I also know that the baddies probably know my role by now and would be quite happy to lynch me. So, the fact that people keep mentioning my name for amorphous reasons--some of those folks have to be bad and are trying to keep things in that direction.

So you've been voting for Epi thid phase and yet also suspect Matt is bad and now also suspect LoRab? There's only 2 bad guys you know

How many suspects do you have Scotty?

Even if there was only one mafia left, I don't think I would have only one suspect. If I did, that means I would be able to effectively rule out every single other player as mafia.

That's not how I feel here.

I don't konw what their nk priorities or strategy has been. But they seem to have been doing a great job controlling all of the lynches except for 1, so I'd argue that they're using lynches as kills.

Also possible that they see me as easier to lynch than their nk targets, since I've been mislynched on this site a lot and am easy to get a bandwagon going against on this site because I'm frequently misread as bad, so they figured they'd go with keeping me around for lynching.

The only thing that's been brought against me is my votes. I've explained all my votes. Without saying what I've said, I'm not sure how to defend. How would you have me defend?

I can't really help if what I'm saying is similar to a completely different player who was bad also happened to have been saying.

And, it's true, the mafia could have gotten a hold of and used a lynch switch in that lynch. I admit in my post that the possibility of shenanigans in anything exists. Please don't try to paint it as I'm saying that it proves anything about me. That said, the mafia switching the lynch wouldn't even necessarily mean that I'm bad.

And I know it can be read as WIFOM--that's why I pointed it out. But, the fact is, that sometimes, the wine in front of you is just wine.

Where's Epi on your list? Since your vote is on him, I'm going to assume he's a red, as well.

Why do you have Dom in green, what do you think of Dom not mentioning Sorsha until day 4, and when he does, his order goes "joke about Sorsha being on a team", "discredit Nero's suss of Sorsha", "suss Sorsha"...1 2 3.

I'm gonna WIFOM with Lorab and just go ahead and say...

If I were teamies with Sorsha, I wouldn't be able to bring myself to shout in the thread "LAAAAME DON'T LYNCH SORSHA LYNCH SOMEONE ELSE"...I'm too much of a scaredy cat.

MM, I admit I suuuuck at finding baddies, but you're on my level this game if you continue to waste your time looking at me. Sure, you have your vote on Epi, but I can't help but feel like you're going to change to me before the day ends. Don't.

I'm super conflicted on Epi. Llama sure was looking his way quite a bit, buuuuut, he also keeps getting taken off of that dang poll!

Llama also looked at and voted for Dom at one point, yes? For real, peeps, let's get Dom next day phase.

Anyway, not sure who to vote for. Haven't forgotten about Illy, but BR seemed pretty adamant that we leave her alone...she also said the same of Epi...hrmmmm.

Quick story from GoC...

it was one of the many crazy lynches we went through, and motel room was on the chopping block, I had my vote on him. I think it was motel room with 6 votes, someone else with 4 votes, don't remember who.

We have, literally, like 10 minutes before the poll ends, and Wilgy's in chat like "Ummm hey Matt are you going to move your vote off Motel room or what?" And I'm like "naaaah man, sure I can move it and it'll end up a tie but I don't wanna risk it, I'm gettin' some civvie cred". Wilgy's like "ummm DUDE WE HAVE AN EXTRA SECRET VOTE THERE WON'T BE A TIE!!!" and even then, I was hesitant to move it but was convinced to do so.

For real, especially with Sorsha's non play this game, I would've bussed her ass to the moon if we were teamies.

Re-reading this, this is not true.

Honestly, I can't say what I would've done in that situation unless I had actually lived it, re: being teamies with Sorsha.

I'd like to think I would've bussed her tho :(
