I'm kind of lost as to who I want to vote for today, in both groups. I could see myself voting for Bubbles, I guess. I'm still waffling on Sig -- sometimes I really want to agree with Golden that it's a weak bandwagon, and sometimes I really find him suspicious. In group 2 I could also see voting for Luke or maybe HB.

I have gone back and looked at Matt's case on nutella. Basically, though nutella contributed during the day it took her only 8 minutes to decide to throw her vote on Sorsha. This is ironic because at the same time she said she wanted to give Bubbles a chance to respond to the allegations against her. Why not, then, let Sorsha have an opportunity to respond? In addition, there was a 4 - 4 - 4 tie on Dom, Bugla and Banana. She avoided getting involved in that tie vote.

I would like to hear what Epi and Golden say about their thoughts on nutella. I might consider her as an alternative to sig since i have Epi, HamBoy, Golden, TH all saying I am not reading sig correctly in the genuineness of his sincerity and I don't know him at all.

Epi I missed your post while I was posting. Since there is no case would you mind sharing your thoughts on why you voted nutella? I am looking for a good reason to pull my vote off of sig since so many of you think I am misreading him.

I think it would be better if you read nutella and decided for yourself. Why must your reason for voting sig, or nutella, or anybody else come from another person?

There is no reason my reason has to come from anyone else. You have been trying to convince me not to vote sig and I thought you might be helpful in finding an alternative.

@nutella - I have read through your posts several times and I don't see a response as to why you gave Bubbles a chance to respond but you didn't give Sorsha a chance. I see the part where you voted Sorsha first and then saw the Bubbles comment but that still doesn't answer the question as to why not give Sorsha the same chance you were giving Bubbles.

Once again you are misinterpreting my comment on Bubbles, and ignoring my explanation of the timing of my Day 1 posts. At the time that I quickly read Sorsha's posts and decided to vote for her, there was about half an hour left on the poll and I had to leave before then, so I could not stick around for her response. The Bubbles comment pinged me, but not nearly as strongly as Sorsha's posts had, so by saying I would wait for Bubbles' response I meant I would wait UNTIL THE NEXT DAY to pursue her further, since there wasn't enough time left and I had to run. My ping on Sorsha was strong enough at the time to go ahead and vote for her, and I knew it wouldn't actually have an effect on the lynch but I often use my Day 1 vote as a symbolic indication of my strongest suspicion.

You're comparing two things which in my mind are not comparable. I couldn't give Sorsha time to respond because I had to vote right then. I was not even considering voting for Bubbles that day, I was merely recording that it was an interesting point and I looked forward to her response for the next day.

nutella, splints, Sorsha - Do you plan on keeping your votes on Bubbles in Group 1 even though it looks like she'll already be lynched in Group 2?

I mean, it looks like I have the most votes in group 1 so if someone else gets a couple more I would change it Also I'm not sure if what Tranq said is right or if two players will get lynched. I hope he's right because otherwise it looks like I'll be lynched (for very weak, if any, reasoning ) but I had assumed both groups would have a lynch.

I am neither cornered nor a baddie I'm afraid I'll get lynched for basically the same reasons I do in almost every game, it's really frustrating at this point but I don't know what to do since no matter how or what I post people seem to read it as suspicious.

I accept the dick move accusation. I once was shown a super long icicle hanging, and despite my friend's excitement and wonder over it, I said "Cool!" and then touched my finger lightly to it, causing it to fall and shatter. It amused me to purposely be such a jerk, because I'm not like that 99% of the time. Gleeful mischief, not mean-spirited. I urge you to hear, in the words of the immortal Star-Lord: "I may be an asshole, but I am not 100% a dick". So comments like this:

In other words, just having some fun, plus I truly don't think it matters what order we pick these in when we're searching for one single random (?) square. We'll get it when we get it, and it is pure luck that determines when we get it. It could be on square A2 for all we know, and thus we'll all die of old age before we find it.

Furthermore, I allowed myself to do it because I think it is BETTER to introduce some deviations from the plan. As far as I can tell, we are straight-up following DrumBeats' proposed plan, without alterations, right? Am I wrong about that? I might have skimmed some of indiglo's planning posts due to the repetition of information and the graph-grid thingy. I said it several times before, it's not wise to just follow one person's plan to the letter. What if DrumBeats is a Cylon who is leading us to squares that he knows don't contain the Rez Ship? Why are none of you concerned about this?

You can count on me doing this again at some point if someone else doesn't address this flaw in the plan, and come up with a way to mend it. Going diagonal after reaching A5 was one such proposed idea, but it seems to me that it got fluffed away and the original plan was still the popular way to go.

He equated sig's fair accusation to indiglo's light-hearted suggestion that LC's maneuver was a "dick move". This is a discredit of sig that doesn't pay his accusation fair respect, and just discards it based upon a faulty premise. His point that the group's plan, originated by DrumBeats, should be interrupted given the chance that DrumBeats is a cylon strikes me as a really fake excuse to justify what was really just his decision to screw with the plan. Unless he has a reason to provide that DrumBeats is not trustworthy, then I flat out don't believe him in this post. Terrible look.

I didn't equate them. I was just responding to all my reacting people at once. I spoke about indi's comment, and then I spoke about sig's comment. I think it was a well-constructed post, actually, I like how it flows, upon reread.

Absolutely I discredit sig for that comment. It's a really shallow accusation, the motivation for my dick move wasn't related to my alignment in any way - not what actually happened, and frankly, if I WERE bad, THAT wouldn't have had anything to do with making the same move. I did it because I'm me, not because of the role card I got handed. There is no feasible connection between stealing a sortie and being a Cylon/baddie. That's like being a terrorist with a cherry bomb.

LC, I really dislike his game play so far, and I liked JJJ case on him. His only saving grace is agreeing with me about lynching the cylons.
Zebra, she seems to be playing more like her scummy meta. Not as active, building weaker cases, and I'm getting the same gut feel I got from her last game.
Epi, He is an outed Cylon and with the ship gone I'd like to see if we can lynch him and how he will flip. If he flips mafia then we know most cylons are bad. I also think he could've been the one to kill Ika, seeing how Ika was pushing to lynch Epi again. So I'm leaning towards mafia on Epi.

So here is a thought, in past games civs or mafia members could create events, usually polls but I've seen events before. Could there be no resurrection ship and this is all a ploy created by the cylons?
Maybe Epi just had a lynch proof power or something?

I don't see the reasons for a nutella lynch or for Rico.

While undertaking a sortie, Starbuck has discovered how the cylons were managing to resurrect themselves, and reported back to Admiral Adama.

Adama immediately ordered regular sorties. Kat and Hot Dog may be sent on a mission to one surrounding sector every six hours. If they encounter a resurrection ship there, they will destroy it. There is also a chance that one of them may die in battle.

I don't know exactly what you've been trying to insinuate. I just know you associated Epi's character with a good alignment, you haven't really cast suspicion on him, and yet you've crusaded for his murder and that of every cylon. That is inconsistent for a reason that I cannot associate with anything else that I can think of.

Golden has said his piece here and I won't continue talking about it for the sake of keeping the game within its intended spirit.

I have no idea when that was suggested. I don't care. I provided substantive content when I was able to do so and when I felt like it, just like I would in any game.
