Hard to tell whether surviving an NK is civ or baddie. Not even counting all the role secrets, I see multiple ways that somebody of either persuasion could survive an attempt. Not sure this result helps us label the two attempted targets at all. We don't even know if it's good or bad that they survived. We do know, though, that neither Ziltoid nor Herman killed a civ tonight for sure, so that's positive

And yeah, I don't see myself not voting vomps - barring a bad slip up

Probably, but not necessarily DH. It seems unlikely that Ziltoid's army would try to NK their own player - and the Ziltoid Monk's role is one of the known (by everybody, I mean) powers to protect from NK. But since we have no idea how reliable his prayer protection is/what the mechanics behind it are, not sure if they would be willing to bluff their kill like that to try and protect one of their own.

FYI

I am actually going to push the deadline back for the poker tournament until about 1:00PM or 2:00PM EST instead of 10:00AM EST for scheduling reasons on my part, and also to give a more specific window as well as provide more time for people to sign up. Let me know if this is a problem for anyone.

Yay, no civvie death during the night, and major yay for Mr. Droopy's rezz. And another yay that I've finally caught up though i am going to have to go back and read MP's posts again - maybe more than once. I'm also confused a little by some of these names - like who is Rob - and I'm afraid I'm not cool enough to know all this music so I may have to ask questions. This is also probably a good time to note I usually ask lots of questions. Its how I process information, ask questions (some of them picky) to better understand.

I would love to play poker even though I don't know how to play (I figure I could write down what beats what) but this afternoon are the playoffs. I know I would be totally distracted and not a very good player so I have to pass. (insert football smilie)

There are a lot of secrets, but seems to me most of the survivability powers are civ. Captain Spectacular survives Ziltoid attacks, Omnidimensional Creator can survive any attack, Mike Patton can impersonate Spectacular or the Creator to gain immunity. Moondog "conceals," Exuma "keeps away evil spirits," etc. I think it's significantly less likely that either of the survivors are baddies.

No offense to Sock, and he probably intended it this way, but that role is a little difficult to pin down... "He prays harder for his OWN survival" and "Any members on his team MAY live to see another day" suggest individual protection to me. I can see where you're interpreting it as everyone, though. Also unlikely that both of the survivors are on same team, from sheer probability.
