Phases have been ending around 9pm est all game even when the poll says otherwise. If I hadn't noticed that this evening gleam and I would've been still waiting to change our votes tbf

I would hope we don't shorten it as I'm out from this afternoon until tomorrow evening with friends.

In that case we will keep the Day at 48 hours. I don't want anyone to feel inconvenienced this late in the game.

I guess I read this post incorrectly. I thought it meant 48 hours from the time that Day 6 officially started instead of shortening the day to end at exactly 9 PM.

Good game baddies. I didn't do anything for the civilians anyway.

I realized that (though later than I probably should have ). I misunderstood Draconus, per the post I quoted above.

Special Role:

Eren Yeager - If Armin Arlert is targeted with a Night Kill, you will die in his place. If this happens, your "Titan Form" will activate giving you a 1-time-use night kill to use on whomever you wish. This ability will also activate if you are targeted with a night kill. You must use it within the next 2 Night phases.

Because of the circumstances, I had INH use this ability immediately. And he used it perfectly. Well done, Sir! I'm sorry you didn't win in the end, though.

Understood. I did remember this going into today. My problem was that I didn't read the context of this post properly. I saw you say you were making the day phase 48 hours and not shortening it. I interpreted as you were not cutting the day phase at 9 PM, but extending it for the full 48 hours.

I don't think it would have mattered. For what it's worth, I was planning on switching my vote to Bullzeye (to follow zebra, the one player I trusted), but zebra would have been lynched anyway.

Yeah, I'm sorry for not being clearer. In hindsight I shouldn't have said "48 hours" so casually several times. It became a bit of a bad habit. I will keep that in mind for my future games

Yeah... She was the only civ role that would survive the first attempt on her life. And she survived a night kill attempt, of all things.

Scum will try and get me lynched tomorrow. Or sig, if he's town. We're the easiest choices. Just remember that yesterday was a very easy lynch and I couldn't believe it went through. 3 players didn't vote and I'd be willing to wager at least one of those 3 is scum.

Wow, what an absolute upset by the baddies. I'm not sure if you were more manipulative or we were just very self-destructive but wow that was a game full of civ on civ suspicion.

Thanks so much for hosting Draconus, I had a whale of a time.

Here's some advice I can give to you:

1. Don't fall for obvious traps. Serge and sig were obvious set ups. You should assume that they're not stupid enough to kill off the guy who suspected them the most. It's okay to throw some suspicion at them in the name of scumhunting (like I did), but you need to get serious at one point.
2. The inactivity was evident here. In fact, in the last three day phases, very little constructive discussion occured. People voted seemingly without reason. Especially frustrating on D5, when it seemed town didn't learn their lesson from the past day, and D6, when the town was split worse than the Republican Party, leading to its demise.
3. Voting records are a useful tool! Use 'em. And also analyze lynches, especially the people who targeted the lynchees in previous phases, instead of suddenly moving to who you feel is the next scummiest.
4. Another thing is that very little scumhunting actually occurred. An important thing is to publish reads you don't fully agree with, see how others react to them, and use that reaction to refine your own reads.
5. Even keeping that in mind, there's no room for screwing around in the last ≈ 6 hours. Pointless joke votes can hurt the town a lot.
6. Finally, never leave the lynch to the RNG!

If I took note of everyone who screwed things up for me in mafia I'd be too busy seeking revenge to do anything else with my time. We just figured you weren't likely to get lynched and had already decided we were killing one of Ika/Silver after all the drama. At least you had a longer run than Quin 1.0 :P

Yes! I almost forgot to announce that for those who didn't know already. If you at least enjoyed the theme of this game, I will be working on a full Attack on Titan game with more characters and way more role madness. Eren Yeager's ability in this game was just a small taste of what you will see in the full game. This will be further down the road, though (preferably after the second season premiers so I don't have to worry about spoilers ). I will also have a someone acting as my co-host because I know it will be too much for me to handle

I realize I don't get a vote since I replaced out, but I'd have to give it to one of the baddies myself, or INH if a civilian. I'd probably vote Bullzeye or gleam. Usually for these MVP awards I've been running them via private submission to the host in fear of hurt feelings or arguments if they became public, so I'm glad to see you all keeping it civil. Interesting to see such a spread though. Hope to play with you all again more properly some time soon!

I was hoping to see more votes by now. I am going to have to go with Bullzeye on this one. He was on the winning side and, despite having a really busy schedule, he pushed through it and played really well (though I thoroughly enjoyed watching Wilgy and gleam's distancing game unfold).

Had the civilians come back to win it, my vote would have gone to INH for giving them the chance they needed.

I'm glad to see people enjoyed the game for the most part. I can't wait to be back in the hosting seat, hopefully with less mistakes (and less drama) next time
