Sorry Timmer, when everyone random votes/doesn't show up this happens.timmer wrote:Da fuq? My first game back in the saddle in awhile? Et tu, Wilgy?
Or one of your baddie friends was one of the people with a vote and you had to save them?DrWilgy wrote:Sorry Timmer, when everyone random votes/doesn't show up this happens.timmer wrote:Da fuq? My first game back in the saddle in awhile? Et tu, Wilgy?
Elohcin wrote:Shoot, I totally missed the vote. I thought I only missed it by a few minutes, but I actually missed it by an HOUR and a few minutes. I was caught up in some research for my business and checking on my delicious looking cheesecake that I made for my birthday (YES I MADE MY OWN CAKE) And boom, I missed it. Sorry guys. I hope my punishment isn't too severe.
Maybe I ought to have been a well-respected, brave player and voted early with no apparent reasons.HAHAHA
Damn, Timmer got me!timmer wrote:Or one of your baddie friends was one of the people with a vote and you had to save them?DrWilgy wrote:Sorry Timmer, when everyone random votes/doesn't show up this happens.timmer wrote:Da fuq? My first game back in the saddle in awhile? Et tu, Wilgy?
This. I don't have any reads right now. There's literally nothing I would base a vote on. Maybe that makes me a nonperceptive player, idk. I don't like that Wilgy wants to force people to vote on D1 for a weak reason instead of randomizing. I also think he did timmer pretty damn dirty here.Elohcin wrote:Maybe I ought to have been a well-respected, brave player and voted early with no apparent reasons.HAHAHA
Don't blame us for playing differently than you, Wilgy. If you think randomizing on Day 1 is a coward's move, then fine. But don't throw someone under the bus solely because he does so.DrWilgy wrote:Sorry Timmer, when everyone random votes/doesn't show up this happens.timmer wrote:Da fuq? I don't blame you for playing differently, I blame random voting and non presence for giving us little to work with.insertnamehere wrote:This. I don't have any reads right now. If I could change my vote right now, I would.
Did I say that it was random?timmer wrote:So you random voted random voters, Wilgy? How's that high horse?
Jokey? I spent the entirety of day one trying to encourage discussion.timmer wrote:I'm going to try not to get pissed off about this, but when someone spends the start of the game goofing off and being all jokey and then decides to single-handedly suddenly become the arbiter of proper play and choose to cull someone who random voted, because THAT isn't helpful, I call B.S.
Woah woah woah.timmer wrote:But you didn't have to. It's the same odds, either way. Looking at the votes, and considering your banter in Day 0, I'm guessing you and Epig are teamies.
LOL. No worries, I would never vote you or try to suggest people vote you. Day 0 banter only becomes relevant after one of the parties is shown to be bad, so considering that it is Wilgy's vote alone in play here, my attentions are entirely on him. Only if I find out I'm right will I turn my gaze.... to you.Epignosis wrote:Woah woah woah.timmer wrote:But you didn't have to. It's the same odds, either way. I don't have a lot in common with Dez Bryant today, but one thing I am not is bad.
I see now. Had one of the 4 I declared voteworthy earlier had a vote, I would've voted for them instead of you.timmer wrote:Oh, lol, I misread the poll, I thought Epig had had a vote against him. Well, there goes everything. Stellar play, Timmer. Really sniffed 'em out. Le sigh. Where's the lynch post...
Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 7:33 pm Just how many days of "let's yeet them tomorrow" can a mafioso survive?
The answer: all of them, if you are a marmot.
No need to apologize, my own participation has been absolute ass so far but that changes now.DFaraday wrote:I'm so sorry Zebra. I thought it ended at 5:12 Central Time. It absolutely won't happen again.
I would have randomized though.
Considering that timmer isn't dead, your question is malformed.DrWilgy wrote:Zebra, what are the results of Timmer's death?
No, but it will be detrimental to your cause regardless of alignment.DrWilgy wrote:Damn, Timmer got me!timmer wrote:Or one of your baddie friends was one of the people with a vote and you had to save them?DrWilgy wrote:Sorry Timmer, when everyone random votes/doesn't show up this happens.timmer wrote:Da fuq? Also, Zebra will we get punished for breaking rules if they haven't been asked yet?
Yes, thanks for asking.DrWilgy wrote:Is Zebra OK?

Randomly picking someone who did something you don't like, and single-handedly voting them out is about as helpful as random voting, Timmer's alignment aside.DrWilgy wrote:I don't blame you for playing differently, I blame random voting and non presence for giving us little to work with.insertnamehere wrote:This. Random voting isn't the way of a coward, and I never said that it was. Random voting however doesn't help the civilian cause. Why shouldn't I cull someone for random voting INH?
Who would you change your vote to INH?
is there anything you want me to respond to, or is it just a tone/feels read type thing?Scotty wrote:I think INH is bad
I wish I would have memorized the role roster while it was up. I really don't remember how many power roles there were in either faction vs. vanilla roles. I 100% agree with you though.insertnamehere wrote:Welp. Not really sure what to make of that. Timmer most likely has a power role, not sure if that means anything for his alignment.
Timmer, are you surprised at your pardoning?
Yesinsertnamehere wrote:is there anything you want me to respond to, or is it just a tone/feels read type thing?Scotty wrote:I think INH is bad
Not until you answer my question:DrWilgy wrote:Interesting. I'm looking forward to Timmer answering INH's question.
Zebra, now that powers are in play, can I have a role/character list?
INH, I stated thus previously, my vote wasn't random. Should I have not broken the tie? Should I have not voted? This "single-handed" meme is dumb, 8 people missed votes and I feel like I'm getting flak for it.
Scotty would you mind explaining why you are suspicious of INH?
Scotty wrote:Wow, a rainbow read already and wow, I'm at the top? I don't think I've ever been at the top of a rainbow list. What have I done to deserve such an honor and why is INH at the bottom of your list?DrWilgy wrote:My condolences Indiglo.

May vote for DF, Epi, MM or INH...
See, I saw it as a person that knew they were going to be looked at as civ on the flip, and not necessarily an actual civ. I think he knew he was going to survive, and because the roles are hidden, his anonymity is a strong boon for his game. I know it would be if he were bad, shoving blame at Wilgy.indiglo wrote:@ timmer - Are you surprised you survived the lynch? Do you know why you survived?
The way timmer was posting after the poll was closed and before the post went up struck me as very civ, off hand. But hearing from him about it will be helpful.

Hello INH. Are you classified as a civilian?
By the way, the Daredevil thing was a joke. I'm not really him.
OR AM I?
No, I'm really not.
A character list yes, a role list no. Check the opening post.DrWilgy wrote: Zebra, now that powers are in play, can I have a role/character list?
No.DrWilgy wrote:Zebra, is power-related infodumping allowed?
A distinct possibility that should not be discounted.Scotty wrote: See, I saw it as a person that knew they were going to be looked at as civ on the flip, and not necessarily an actual civ. Granted, I'm feeling less than great about the prospects of Wilgy being civ.
Whether timmer is a civ or mafia aligned, he is definitely a power role. The other option is a possible 3rd party lynch pardon, but that would be a wasteful use on day 1 without info and I'm willing to rule that out completely.
