But it doesn't explain why you trust Quin.
I've played what feels like 100 games with MP. He isn't getting 'the benefit of the doubt'. I don't think he is bad. He's fooled me before, though. But not often. I don't know you at all. I do know LC, and what I know is LC would absolutely revel in a plot that would lock clear you.
Having said that - right now I wouldn't say I trust either of you, exactly. I'm keeping my mind open to the idea that either of you are bad.
But you and LC coming out and suddenly defending Quin post-fact of my vote is unhelpful. I'd been angling toward him as a key suspect all day. Why did neither of you ever make a proper case about why Quin looks good and not on sprit's team if you wanted to defend him so much?

I think you are probably town, but I don't like the way you've stopped putting analysis in and now you're making statements that we should just assume are true because you are lock cleared. I explained many pages ago now that I trust sig more than I trust you or DDL, because mechanical clears are inherently untrustworthy.
I do, however, understand fully what you and LC are hinting at, and why you are opposed to MP. I just don't know why I should then trust your vouching for Quin?
You see... things you say don't add up...

Holding your vote. It's hard to have a discussion on who to lynch while someone's sitting around with "a ton" of votes on them and others are just voting wherever based on tinfoil and following other player's tinfoil.
How do you feel about Daisy blaming her vote on you?

Jack, you're determined Quin would be lynched tomorrow anyway. You had trouble figuring out how to change the tide with, apparently, only two votes on Quin and at least you, LC, Quin and Epi against voting Quin. This doesn't make much sense in isolation.
Basically, it seems to me that you're saying Quin has the bowl and he's already dead. Well, Quin was a dumbass to go after the bowl when he had a whole lot of suspicion on him, then.
It's not on me if Quin is already dead.

One player on the short list vouching for another player on the short list makes me itchy. Very few MP posts (especially if Daisy skipped some during catch-up). Several dead info gatherers.
I don't believe Daisy. There's little reason to.
And if you don't believe her why didn't you vote for me?
If Sorsha, DDL and Quin were going to be around today and if Golden and Daisy hadn't already thrown away their votes, maybe I would.

I've been playing this game despite RL limitations. I know it's WIFOM, but literally the only reason anyone has thrown any rationalization for voting for me so far has been vague POE and "I don't believe MP's Indy claim", the first of which I can't even defend against and the second of which is pure WIFOM.Dragon D. All you are saying could be true but the Occam's Razor is way too strong here.Golden wrote:
I think it's possible.
There is the stuff LC said. The stuff Epi said. The fact this stunt requires 3 baddies to work. All the ways it could go wrong. The fact someone could lolredirect a lynch on Jack or something and then take down LC and collateral damage.
It just requires too many assumptions to work.
If Jack is bad this is the best gambit I've ever seen.

It's frustrating and makes you look suspicious as fuck.
I know it's kind of a weak excuse to suspect someone at this point of the game but gut is gut.

No seriously MP you aren't being voted today and everyone here has 3-4 suspects. Relax.
Or maybe take a break like you just said you would. It's a good idea.

LC, Quin and Jack clearly all have one suspect, MP, and are suggesting that Quin's death is going to end MPs life in the game as well.Dragon D. Luffy wrote:No seriously MP you aren't being voted today and everyone here has 3-4 suspects. Relax.

So, lets not pretend like MP has something to relax about. A whole team of some kind is openly voting one of their own out to kill him.

All you are is my biggest suspect. No info, and if you're, like, Ishmael or something, then I was wrong. Maybe you're even a Civ claiming Indy to survive.MovingPictures07 wrote:I'm done with this vague bullshit. Any possible role-based info anyone could have on me being bad is incorrect.

Golden, you my bro. *fist to chest*
Anyways, homies, I'm going out for a night of drinking and poker. Sorry my play has been disappointing. I should have been less lazy and made less assumptions about what everyone else believed.

To me, the baddies are almost certainly in the group of quin, MP, sorsha and daisy.
If we get rid of any two of them in a single lynch, that's not terrible from my perspective. I just think at this point I'd really keep MP over the others.

*votes Quin*
I like when everyone does groundwork for me and I don't have to ISO anyone myself. I can just come and :seriousnod: at them.
I mean, I could do ISOs, but those always sucked when I'm the one doing them so I'm experimenting with the idea of letting others do that work and then just read every post to see who has the best points.
I agree with many stuff Golden and Dom said about Quin.
I guess if I'm supposed to bring an original argument, I didn't like the way he suddenly stopped attacking me. I mean, he said he still suspected me but was waiting. BS. If you suspect me, keep pushing. Otherwise you aren't actually trying to scumhunt.
Also process of elimination. Sig is supatown, Golden looks good. Jack is confirmed by the laws of probability. Epi looks supatown too and I don't want to let go of the Epi paranoia but I guess I have to put it to rest. Sorsha is an inactive, i'd be totally okay with lynching her but otherwise... meh. I don't like Dom's behavior a lot but he has said a lot of smart thing so he has some cred... for a while. LC was my suspect for a while but him and Epi made solid points for why it's just unlikely.
I have reasons to suspect MP but really him and Daisy vouching for each other gives pause. Couples tend to be scarily good at reading each other in this site. Besides, there is a good chance they could be both VFD. And I tend to doubt the idea of gratuituous fake claims, specially fake-claiming someone with BTSC. It's extremely risky unless Olaf knows the identity of both VFD's which in turn is extremely unlikely.
Anyone left? No? Well, proccess of elimination is a bitch.
But aside from that, just... :seriousnod:

The fact this is a game.
If MP is reacting the way he seems to be because of a game, then he has every reason to lie on his couch and relax until he remembers this is a game again.

Well then, another reason to lynch Quin.
Threatening to take townies with you is the classic last trick on a baddie's book.
