God, I hope this isn't another Dom situation.

That's fair! But not relax game wise, since everyone having 3-4 suspects won't be relevant to him if he's dead.Dragon D. Luffy wrote:There is something he should relax about.Golden wrote:LC, Quin and Jack clearly all have one suspect, MP, and are suggesting that Quin's death is going to end MPs life in the game as well.Dragon D. Or maybe take a break like you just said you would. It's a good idea.
So, lets not pretend like MP has something to relax about. A whole team of some kind is openly voting one of their own out to kill him.
The fact this is a game.
If MP is reacting the way he seems to be because of a game, then he has every reason to lie on his couch and relax until he remembers this is a game again.

Oh I missed how the smiley is done. I'll just do it again then.

I like when everyone does groundwork for me and I don't have to ISO anyone myself. I can just come and
at them.
I mean, I could do ISOs, but those always sucked when I'm the one doing them so I'm experimenting with the idea of letting others do that work and then just read every post to see who has the best points.
I agree with many stuff Golden and Dom said about Quin.
I guess if I'm supposed to bring an original argument, I didn't like the way he suddenly stopped attacking me. I mean, he said he still suspected me but was waiting. BS. If you suspect me, keep pushing. Otherwise you aren't actually trying to scumhunt.
Also process of elimination. Sig is supatown, Golden looks good. Jack is confirmed by the laws of probability. Epi looks supatown too and I don't want to let go of the Epi paranoia but I guess I have to put it to rest. Sorsha is an inactive, i'd be totally okay with lynching her but otherwise... meh. I don't like Dom's behavior a lot but he has said a lot of smart thing so he has some cred... for a while. LC was my suspect for a while but him and Epi made solid points for why it's just unlikely.
I have reasons to suspect MP but really him and Daisy vouching for each other gives pause. Couples tend to be scarily good at reading each other in this site. Besides, there is a good chance they could be both VFD. And I tend to doubt the idea of gratuituous fake claims, specially fake-claiming someone with BTSC. It's extremely risky unless Olaf knows the identity of both VFD's which in turn is extremely unlikely.
Anyone left? No? Well, proccess of elimination is a bitch.
But aside from that, just...

Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 6]
This vote is probably the dumbest shit I've seen. Everyone is acting like a cry baby and being over dramatic and not actually explaining anything. The fact we have 8 votes on one player means we aren't hitting mafia it's that simple. None of the mafia we've taken out this game has had this wide margins. The scum is totally screwing us over, I'm betting somehow Quin, Jack, and LC are mafia. Quin is Olaf he will appear as a role of their choice. Or theyre the cult and don't care if the civs loose. Since why attack Golden then vote that way? Why not vote MP if he is so obviously bad? Why vote for someone who is GOOD on your list? Unless your Klaus with info or Violet sent you a check then there is no reason to be so sure.
There is also no reason to create an 8 person deep wagon, AND why are we lynching someone who voted for themselves never vote for someone who wants to be lynched.
I can only hope Poe takes out the right player tonight.

Not wanting to lynch a player because they could be Olaf is silly.
We'll have to go through the Olaf fake out sooner or later if we want to win.

Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 6]
I hate when games devolve into this secret circle of information, and players rely on dubious role power-based assumptions to drive all of the mafia hunting. This is not what I play this game for. It's doubly frustrating because I know I'm bad, but LC, Quin, and Jack are all vaguely throwing down statements that cannot be true, and the fact that they won't even consider another perspective is just infuriating. So yeah.Dragon D. Luffy wrote:No seriously MP you aren't being voted today and everyone here has 3-4 suspects. Relax.

I think Olaf is between Dom or LC. Rereading it I'm not convinced by LC explanation agaisnt my case, also yes when he voted he did tie it three ways, but why tie it three ways? Why not put your opponent ahead of you? Either way I think the key is in day 2.
I'm agaisnt lynching Daisy right now though, so I guess LC or Quin maybe you, but I don't see a good case. I'm flying blind minus my Klaus suspicion, but I think it's pretty good.
I'd also add we should watch Epi, not lynch him right now, since I do still think he is a civ, but if we had a deepwolf it is either him or LC.
I also don't believe we only have one Troupe member left, two is possible, but not one.
Why is lynching Olaf off the table Jack?

LITERALLY the only reason you've given is "I don't believe he's Indy".
You all could at least throw down some fucking reason like, "I think his interactions with sprityo look bad and here's why", "his vote record sucks and here's why", etc., but no. Apparently that's too much to ask.
This phase is BS.

I'm still so done with this game for the duration. I can't even fathom what Quin could flip that would provide any sort of information on me, so I think he's full of shit.
Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 6]
That's not true.Dragon D. Luffy wrote:Epi did that on Guess Who and you didn't say anything.Golden wrote:No team in their right mind would ever say 'yes' to this.Quin wrote:Yes there is. We still don't know why Glorfindel subbed out or the conversations he may have had with his team about it. There is no good reason to have him at orange in your rainbow, it's just bizarre.
The fact that he was replaced anyway does counter that theory to a degree, but there's no good reason to think that both couldn't have happened.
If Glorf comes in to my team and asks to be bussed day one, I tell him 'ask for a replacement, we are not bussing you'. What a waste of a limited resource that would be. Especially in a game where you only get a kill once every second day.
Guess Who? was a single-mafia game. Completely different strategy.

Or maybe take a break like you just said you would. It's a good idea.

Deepwolf is a good word.

Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 6]
The fact this wagon is following both Snow's and Dom 1 means we are hitting a civ, if we're lucky maybe an Indy. However, I doubt it and even if we do what actual information will we gather from a quin lynch, there is maybe only one power info role left alive and if Quin has it and he had a red check on MP why not push MP''s lynch? This lynch will prove nothing. I think this entire phase was a smokescreen to distract from whatever baddie got the bowl by making sure enough people joined a wagon.
