The thing that gets me is that if Sorsha is the last scummer and Sig gets lynched....so what? I don't see Poe, Sunny or Sorsha taking a shot at me tonight.Golden wrote:There is either trust, or there isn't trust. Why is Dom town? Dom's alignment is important for determining Sig's imo. (Cause I think hes a specific townie is unconvincing. I need reasons or at least key posts).
Linki: For the clear? I was mechanically cleared and nobody cared. Unconvincing argument. Why would Sorsha shoot herself? Why would the scum shoot Sorsha if she wasn't scum? No good answer to either of those questions.
I already gave you everything you needed to deduce dom's role, yesterday and today, if you want to try, so that you can get yourself in to the mindset of why dom is a townie. But, for me, it's just about picking a side at this point.
If Sig or Dom is the last scummer and Sorsha gets lynched...I'm probably dead. Sig and Dom have both proved unwilling to listen to me and more than happy to rid themselves of VFD players. Plus, the VFD won't know who to block.
So I need to be sure it's Sorsha and not Dom and/or Sig. Sorsha and Dom aren't posting anything helpful and Sig is openly hostile. Plenty of time to change that, though.
If you think you can end the game with or without me, have at it and good luck.

Sig's suggestion that Sunny shoot at the VFDs says he doesn't think the game ends today, which is troublesome.
I didn't block or kill anyone last night, nor did I attempt to. I'm not bad.
If I had to pick I'd say Dom is likely troupe along with either daisy or mp

Right now town has the opportunity to extend their win. You're so confident Sorsha is the last baddie, so hold onto that. Town will still be able to win even after letting the cultists and VFD in on it. If something did go wrong during the night and a cultist was killed, then I'd say cut your losses and go for it. But right now you're actively working towards a pretty shit outcome for a lot of people. That sucks.

Would you lynch Jack, Quin? Would you do that to extend this? Because I think the answer is no. You're loyal to Jack, as you should be.
Don't get all righteous with me. You're not on my side. You're actively working against my team by trying to lynch one of them. I'm loyal to sig, to DDL, to dom, and I'm going to stick by them, and no amount of emotional manipulation will move me. And I have a shot for us to win the game right here, and no guarantees I'll get that shot again. Of course I'm going to take the shot.
MP and Daisy are quite literally my closest friends on this site. Friends for life. There's no way I'd actively cost them a win if I felt I had a choice. But there is no choice here.

Well, I'm sure you understand when I say I can't vote for one of my own. I'm sure you know, like, we could suggest Jack as a compromise candidate, but that wouldn't be fair or right, and you know it. It just is what it is at this point, I think.Quin wrote:I won't be especially upset if you do your thing, either. It's not like I've given up anyway.
This is the reason I tell people not to recruit me on pain of death to their entire team. Because when I get placed in your position, I help my old team win instead of my new one.
Except when I'm recruited early. My World Reborn recruitment was epic.
In this case, I just feel like you got very unfortunate and unlucky. You can't blame Ishmael for trying.

I'm 100% sure Dom is town, mafia Dom wouldn't have exposed himself by voting for LC. Plus I'd say I have a good grasp of Doms meta, we were mafia together in Star Wars as a team of two, so I trust my read of him.

No, I wouldn't. I figure I still need to post in hypotheticals so 'If Jack is VFD, lynching him would deny LC a win too'. I do think that lynching a townie today would work. Especially one who could very well be a second baddie who might actually exist. If he's town, he'll still get the banner at the end. I don't think one baddie vs 4 townies is a very dangerous position for towns to take a few risks.

Personally I'd say if Sunny wasn't sure who to shoot they should aim for the VFD, no point in maybe killing townies. However, I think the chances of the civs winning this phase is high.
@Golden I'm pretty certain Dom is a civ, I don't think a mafia Dom would vote for.
Also do we think Poe was blocked last night? It could explain the no kill from Olaf, but there was an attempted kill. I'm very unsure here, the final baddies/baddie has to be between MP, Daisy, and Sorsha.
So I suggest we decide on one, I guess Sorsha, and go for it.

If you think you can end the game with or without me, have at it and good luck.
i didn't intentially lynch a volunteer fire department member. I thought LC might be bad because I know shit about this game.

So if Sorsha is the last scummer and the poig, she could block and kill in one night? Block and kill herself? Why do this instead of just blocking and killing say...you? Doesn't this also cause a paradox? Roleblocker roleblocking herself.

You did. I was going to be ultra cautious. But then the three of us voted for Sorsha. If you do as well I think we have this won.Dom wrote:i said i was in...Golden wrote:I'm really just waiting for the absolute definite from dom. I'm sure sig will be in.

DFaraday, two questions before I vote....
1) If a team only has one member left, can that member use their role power (like a block) + a kill at the same time?
2) If yes, then can that block be used to block the kill?

If a role blocker were to role block the PoIG, what would be the result if that person tried to kill somebody but also role blocked the initial role blocker first?
