Just checked and there is a distinct difference in the baddie roles. One cannot be lynched and one cannot be NKd.

Linki- checking civs...

Duh! Found em.

Omg, let me post button.

You tell MP you will vote him if he is your strongest suspicion. I assume, since you believe Lizzy and me to be partners, that you would've voted me or Lizzy.

But instead you voted a low poster.

Looking at the roles, I see two civ roles that avoid lynches, and the top cheerleader role cannot be lynched until her team is dead.

I recommend, based on the fact that Llama could be either of these civ roles OR the baddie role, that the next day period, we lynch Juliet.

Let's not forget the Blue Laser head guy thing. He can't be killed either.

Gotta go again, byeeeeee!

Still catching up on the morning, btw. If anyone has any questions/comments for me, feel free to ask but I will be catching up, so give me a bit to answer.
Devin the Omniscient wrote:Thirdly, I'm not interested in the made up btsc conversation in Matt F's post (which is the only part of that post you and Juliets have responded to). I'm more intrigued by what has happened in thread and how you both have reacted to this new threat.

THIS

I don't expect to live much longer, town. In case I do die tonight, I hope everyone takes my OP on the baddie trio very seriously.

Also, I highly doubt Llama is the civvie he claims, considering he said "look at Matt backtracking before the lynch post comes up and I flip civvie". Very nice touch, though. It honestly got me thinking you were good for half a second.

Linki - My bad, two baddie roles cannot be lynched, and two civvie roles. 50/50, which happens to be what Dom felt about Llama.

Linki 2 - Nevermind. Two civvie roles, one baddie role. Sheesh people! Get your facts straight! :haha:

Currently I'm at the part of the thread, where DFaraday, Llama, and Vomps vote Devin, boom boom boom, like counting to three.

Interesting. I'm now wondering if Juliet is being sincere about not being a teamie with Llama (though her first two posts have yet to be answered as of this reading, and those posts make me think she is a baddie of some kind...I know she answers them eventually, will get to them soon)...

Linki - I'm not looking at you any longer, Llama. Obviously you can't be lynched (yet). At the moment, Juliet and Vomps are at the top of my list.

So, you had to check? And you don't know how you survived, which which could only be true if you're not one of those roles. To be fair, it's actually kind of a hard place to be. You could just be trying to avoid revealing your civ role, not that that's what I have concluded.

On the contrary, I think if Llama is actually one of those two civ roles, he would claim not to know how he wasn't lynched, in fear of being NK'd by the baddies.

I still think he's the baddie that can't be lynched yet, though. After seeing four votes IN A ROW on Devin, when Llama already had four votes...I mean, really?

Ok, just so everyone knows, things are really bad for me regarding computers right now. I started getting the blue screen of death repeatedly but sort of on and off. I'm working from my kindle right now, which is kind of trying. :( I will follow closely, but posting often might be hard until I get a computer/solution in the next week.

I don't think the two baddie teams have BTS with one another (can anyone confirm this?) so it's not like Llama was protected by Teen Girl Squad ('cause one of them is already dead). There's a lot of pre-vote suspicion on both Llama and Dev, so I don't find the clumping suspicious. There were some all over the place votes too. I think it could have very easily gone down a little different (like if some of the earlier voters had voted MP instead of Llama for instance).

I hope you don't think I'm being a d*ck, Llama. Just very excited is all.

And thank you! I may be wrong about you, but that wouldn't be the first time, won't be the last. I am not a baddie, not even a civ worth very much, so I don't mind being NK'd tonight if need be to help the town. My role doesn't help the civs all that much, anyhow.

Matt F, if Teen girl squad knew llama might be lynched, I wonder if they would all have jumped in to vote devin like that? Yes, it would reveal his role potentially, but they also knew he wouldnt die and therefore if would risk exposing them. So, I dont find that part of it too weird.

I voted Kings Castle because that's where the video showed the cheat. At the time it seemed like the civv option.

My second quote is later after a bunch of people had voted the Castle and was part of a conversation MP and bea were having regarding what each option might correspond to. The comment was made by MP that he was not going to assume any option corresponded to anything at that time (note he had already voted as well). It was during this conversation that I made my comment that maybe the Castle option wasn't the civv option because it seemed so obvious. We were all just speculating. If you'll remember most of that day was spent speculating, the what ifs.

My decision to vote for the Castle and my later comment about it possibly not being the civv option after all are not in conflict because of the context.
Okay, I finally got to this post, and...

Yeah, I see what you're saying. Apologies for mistaking you here, guess that would be pretty wonky of you to say "Vote Castle" then say "Castle isn't civ" directly after. In case you don't know, I do not think you're a bad player (lately I've been accused of thinking people are bad players in many games).

Seeing as how Llama could be the cheerleader who can't be lynched, I will be looking later today, to see if there is any correlation between Llama and Elo, or JC and Elo, or Dom and Elo. Or even Vomps and Elo.

Your next question is what do I think of Llama. I can't get anyone to elaborate on what they have seen llama say or do that causes them to say he is bad. I don't see any cases on him (there was MP's post though) or talk about him that hasn't turned out to be along the lines of "I've got a feeling he may be bad". I can't vote for someone where that is the case unless I myself am the one who gets the feeling. Llama seems like he's acting his normal self. That said, I am no expert at telling bad llama from good llama so I guess you would call me undecided.

I haven't even had a minute to look at how the votes came in. Normally if i see someone with 4 votes and then 4 come in real fast on someone else i suspect a save and i don't see a reason why I wouldn't consider that in this case.

I believe that covers what I've been asked.

Folks, if I am wrong about Llama, I sincerely apologize, but even in my original long ass post, I said "I may be wrong about Dom or Llama, but Juliets is DEF baddie". Her posts after my susps post make me continue to believe that.

As for peeps saying I will go down if Llama is lynched and flips civ, what??? I am not the sole voter in this game, what I did was come up with a case against three players whom I believe to be baddie.

Ok - so I can see the reasons people listed for why the lynch didn't happen. TBH, if I were either of the unlynchable roles, I would claim to not know how I survived as well. So, at first glance, not much I can tell about llama from this one, I definately need to go back and look at the votes and stuffs.

Also - SCIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D (Love that clip Daisy!)

RIP no one.

Tbh, I'm really glad no one was lynched (especialyl llama). Because I never really felt comfortable with my vote.

I will try to catch up now, but I'm leaving soon to go hang out with friends tonight. So I might not be back until sometime early tomorrow afternoon. Just don't post a ton until then! :P

After reading the entire thread after my post last night, all I can say is...

I'm not sure what to believe.

Devin was sure quick to turn against me, despite him being gung ho about my original post on the potential trio. :eye:

Vomps :eye: for reasons already stated in thread.

I dunno. Despite me prolly being killed tonight, either cuz the potential trio wants me gone, or a baddie team wants the thread to believe the potential trio wants me gone, I think I'm going to take a second and ponder. Let some other folks discuss.

I will try to catch up now, but I'm leaving soon to go hang out with friends tonight. So I might not be back until sometime early tomorrow afternoon. Just don't post a ton until then! :P
Me too. I sure wasn't sold on anyone, so I want to have more time to give Dev to prove himself innocent.

Now, let's get to down analyzing today's video...

Going to work soon, one last thing before I go, potentially one of my last posts...*sniff* (although I'll probably post tonight for a bit, but like I said at the start of the game, weekends are the worst for me)...

Does anyone else think Dom's post about Hedge/Llama is weird? I still, even now, cannot make sense of it. I can't.

Why do you think you are going to be NKed? I'd be highly surprised if you are.

Matt, I like ya bud. But please don't confuse the situation. I stated that IF llama FLIPPED civ that I would go after you next. Seeing as we still have no idea what llama's allignment is, you are still alright in my book :D

Regarding what you said about the players who voted for me: I still am getting nothing but civvie vibes from Mongoose even though she voted for me :hugs:

The other 3 irk me, though. Vomps especially.

So, you had to check? And you don't know how you survived, which which could only be true if you're not one of those roles. To be fair, it's actually kind of a hard place to be. You could just be trying to avoid revealing your civ role, not that that's what I have concluded.

I don't have all the roles memorized. I had to check. I was protected by an agency outside of myself. I am a civvie. That's all I can say.
The way the poll went makes me think you're probably good, but if you're not one of these two or three civ roles, why would you bring them up at all?
^^^This!!! Really gives me some bad juju vibes all over. Defending a teammate?? Anyone?? I do really think it is also possible that a teammate could have protected llama before the Day period fearing he could be targetted for a lynch. llama, himself, said that someone else provided him with protection. And somehow I doubt that it was the civ protector.

Unfortunately, I have felt 50/50 on him all game. :/ This makes me nervous...

Although... I feel slightly better about him than Hedge because Hedge sounded very sincere while Llama sounded very coached-ish.
I don't get it.

You have felt 50/50 on Llama all game...this makes you nervous...although you feel slightly better about him (Llama, I'm guessing?) than Hedge...and this is where I get lost...

Because Hedge sounds very sincere while Llama sounds coached-ish?

So, in that scenario, how does that make you feel better about Llama than Hedge? Did you mean it the other way around?

Btw Dom, I would like to thank you. For thirty years of my life, when writing/typing something like "I think Barry Sanders is better than Emmit Smith", I would always use "then" instead of "than". I actually learned something today! Hurrah!
I did mean it the other way around. I meant I felt better about voting him.. I was saying "even though I feel 50/50 on him, I feel better about voting him than Hedgie".

and YAY for grammar <3

I don't see how i'm able to defend against this. It's a lot of speculation and what ifs and OH I BET's. It's nothing I can really say anything about other than the facts I've already discussed in the previous quote. I really don't know what to say to you other than you're rwong about me.

I am not bad, I have no BTSC, and if I am lynched I suspect there will be much han wringing and gnashing of teeth among the civilians. I beg my friends in the animal sanctuary not to let this injustice stand.

Also, why are BDH and BWT telling ghost stories?

By the way: I went every single night in Bioshock without receiving a single attempt on my life. At least... I didn't lose any of my protections. But that was mostly because I never said a word at night. But in this game I am feeling rather adventurous. Because of the events of the Day 2 period, and a few choice words spoken after the lynch post. I will be voting for Vomps. His recent actions scream baddie to me.

So, you hear that baddies?? I'm going after Vomps on Day3!! Better try and stop me if you want him to stand a chance of surviving!

Wow. Well this turn of events just made things more interesting, not that they were boring to begin with. I am curious to see who won't make it through the night and what we will be able glean from that. Not that I want to see anyone die, mind you, it's just that tonight's result has the potential to be very telling. Thank goodness it's not up to me!

I'm most likely going to be quiet over the weekend. Please don't post ten pages!!! A friend from out of town is visiting and we have a lot of catching up to do and hanging out with mutual friends. Luckily I got a good dose of introverted solace during the week! My weekends have been full of social interactions lately.

So, tomorrow is going to be jam packed for me. There is the funeral in the morning, and work onthe afternoon until late evening. Would you all be opposed to me extending this not period into Sunday morning? If you would rather not I will leave it as is and try my best to slide a night post in here before work, but if you all are comfortable with the extension, I would prefer to do it that way...

From what I've seen, you've been calling Llama bad well before I ever did, and then after my post, you ran with it even more. Suddenly, you say if Llama flips civvie, you're looking at me. What about you then?

I dun git it.
