Epignosis (The Music)
Several of you have asked about my music. I've done two albums (one I've been trying to remaster for ages). The second is available on my bandcamp website.

If you can purchase the album, it will go to a good cause (namely, paying the bills and buying Ritz crackers for the children).

Robert, you very well know my opinion on your music (it is superb), but I want to stress to everyone it is easily worthy of hearing.
Also, Trice's comment above is pretty hilarious (and true, an Epignosis Musical sounds epic).

When is the debut's remaster coming around? I've bought Refulgence, and it's a treat.

Re: Epignosis (The Music)
My computer died while I was remastering. I have a new one, but Windows 7 does some funny things. I only have two songs to work on, but it's HARD.

Still looking forward to it, though

Re: Epignosis (The Music)
I know it won't mean much, but...
I am finally able to work a little bit on my third album, and as I was about to lay down the middle section of one of the longer tracks, I scrolled to the middle of the workstation...to find I had already recorded a middle section. It's a guitar riff in 11/8, 7/8, and 4/4.
"Huh," I thought. "Probably some half-baked idea I originally had for this piece years ago."
Then I played it.
Holy smokes. One of the best riffs I think I've ever come up with, and I've completely forgotten all about it. I believe I will work an entirely new song around that middle section.

Just changed the 4/4 to a 6/8 and improved upon it.

Re: Epignosis (The Music)
A game should be created in which the winners would win a free copy of the new album. Epignosis doesn't believe in dead civvies winning, so this shouldn't backfire into him having to send 30 copies, if town achieves victory.

Re: Epignosis (The Music)
Is there a place where I can listen to Still the Waters? It's been like five years since I last heard it.

There isn't, but there will be. I remixed half the album but never finished doing it because, as I recall, a ton of other things came up. There were some obvious rookie mistakes I made and it didn't make sense not fixing them if I could. When I finish fixing what I can (although keep in mind I don't plan on rerecording anything), I will upload it onto my bandcamp page.a2thezebra wrote:Is there a place where I can listen to Still the Waters? There is a second album though, in case you've never heard it.
