Greater Idea [BURGLARY]

Hello, this is the turbo mafia setup called Greater Idea, which I took from the MafiaScum Wiki.

This is how it works. There are 142 roles. Before the game starts, each player draws 2 roles. They can then pick one of them to keep. The role that is discarded will be revealed to everyone when the game starts.

There is no guarantee that factions will be balanced, but that is where the fun is. A completely random setup that can be played multiple times, and each time will be different than the previous one!

The roles of this game can be found here. There are three possible baddie factions (mafia, werewolf and alien), as well as civilians and independents.

I need 10-15 players. I plan to host this game Sunday, September 3, at 8 PM UTC+0.

Pretty much. I picked UTC so it's easier for you guys to do the math.

For me it's 6 PM so that's plenty of time to host in an otherwise boring Sunday night.

Not this weekend. Something came up and I'll have to travel to my parent's house.

Next weeked (2 or 3 September) is posssible tho.

I'll let you guys pick either of those I'll stick to it. This lack of certainity is probably hurting it.

I can devote some time to this to make sure it happens. I think burglaries are fun and great for the community. You all just tell me when you want to hold this thing and 9 chances out of 10 I can schedule my work around it somehow. I'm in.

If you run it on Sunday I can play, because I work first shift on Sunday, but if you run it on a Saturday I always work mid shift on Saturdays so I wouldn't be around for it. So my vote is for a Sunday.

I might have to drop out of this, I'm not sure. I have to be at work at 8:30 Monday morning, and this is set to start at 7:00 my time. I could be around for an hour at best. The being up early doesn't bother me, so if you could swing it so that this started a bit earlier than scheduled I might be able to play the full game.

Burglaries are often difficult to organize; a few have been postponed/canceled before. It isn't easy to get a timespace that works for everyone. Quin has plugged it in the Discord; hopefully a few people drop in.

I can try to rebelance the game and make a reduced version of it but unfortunately that can't be finished today. Too big and complicated a setup.

When we had the chatzy I managed to fill up by hosting on a Saturday, because everyone was around and in the chat. People still seem to be popping in that day more than others.
