Not that much, honestly, but one has to place a vote. Time is quite limited in these 24/24 games. I don't think the "alien" accusations are especially interesting, but I also think Sloonei's responses looked like someone swatting at flies instead of someone engaging a new game in townmode -- being accused over something dumb tends to create more of an active response from high-facilitation townies of Sloonei's character than what I saw.

The poop itself seemed playful to me. The only thing in question was my perceptipn of a character in a video game I played as a child. I'll defend 8 year old Sloonei to the grave.

Speedchuck's vote was eye-catching, though. It looked as if he was just piggybacking off of a jab thrown by another player. I forgot speed games have 24 hour phases now and was gonna wait til later in the day to pressure him.

I don't get negative feelings for JackofHearts. He comes across pretty open and laid back.

I didn't like Long Con's quick agreement though. It's like egging the very loosely based suspicion on. It just takes 2 people to agree on a target to start something against someone on day 1. And over what? An alien remark? I've played loads of themes I wasn't familiar with and have made illinformed comments of the same nature so I don't get why Sloonei comes across weird for just not being familiar with the theme.

Usually I'd advocate voting based off an actual suspect, even if based on extremely little, but I'm contemplating voting out a no-show. Otherwise that could present a problem later.

We've played together in the past, but I can't think of anything that would have inspired such vigilant scrutiny from him. I don't mind being watched, but I put a vote on him because that vote of his is the thing that stood out most to me so far, and I need to leave in a half hour.

I'm not sure. Our old poll system used to do that, but when we upgraded the site earlier this year things got out of whack. I haven't played a game with this new system, so perhaps someone else can confirm/deny, but I wouldn't count on it.

Yeah, I'm more of a 48 hour day phase guy myself, so this is a bit weird for me too. I'll try to be around as much as I can until the deadline.

Well, this is anecdotal and meta-based, but having played with LC for years, I always get a bit hesitant when he gets eyed early on in games, because it seems like 9 times out of 10 when LC gets lynched or eyeballed early it's because he's town. He plays more fast and loose as town, way more calculated as mafia I'd say, so he gets himself into more trouble when town.

Since she doesnt know any character out of street fighter, yes, it's possible. I feel like we got outside info that shouldnt be allowed to influence iig.

Plus I was leaning towards someone else as Cammy tbh

I read nothing into it. That it was then picked up, apparently, by speedchuck and Long Con is something worth pursuing in the absence of anything more substantial.

Again this is anecdotal, but in my mind more often than not, most people who play scum roles try everything possible to get the spotlight off of them on Day 1, not put it on them. I think I agree, but I simultaneously also hesitate to scum-read speedchuck or LC for doing something so brazen. Again this is anecdotal, but in my mind more often than not, most people who play scum roles try everything possible to get the spotlight off of them on Day 1, not put it on them. I certainly don't scum read either of them this early in the game for something so minor (pay no attention to my vote). We all need to start somewhere, and they chose to start with me. Let's follow that and see where it goes.
