Holy cow, everyone! Isn't this the most enthralling video you've ever seen? It's almost as enthralling as the fact that I am considering voting for Prometheus for his lackadaisical approach to anyone except him dying on Day 1. But he isn't quite as cool as this robot. Just saying.

The technique, the poise, the determination. I wouldn't mind having a robot like that. Speaking of determination, it seems like Athena and Artemis are trying to move attention away from the Wisconsin voters. Very interesting.....almost as interesting as ketchup.

The "it doesn't matter who gets lynched" comment on Day 1 seems very strange, the Wisconsin vote (which I'm not sure I wholly buy into, but it does make sense that Hinzelmann would have voted it) and he was the last person to cast a random vote (besides maybe Medusa) when everyone else was weighing in on Poseidon vs. Hermes.
Day 1 votes rarely do any better than just voting at random, imo, someone needs to be lynched so that night can come, so it doesn't seem to matter too much who ultimately gets lynched. I had no opinion on the Poseidon vs. Hermes debate so I voted randomly.
I don't like the sound of this. Not the randomizing part, but it sounds like you don't care who gets lynched, one way or the other. As long as night can start. Killers like night.

It also sounds like you have no interest in trying to find something that might increase the chance of lynching a mafia instead of a civ.

Would you feel the same about day one if you were elected to be the day one lynch from this day forward? Would you still say it doesn't matter?
I'd not want it to be me but it has to happen in every game, so I really couldn't complain.

What happened to your no vote=no live policy you were touting before?
That's not what I was saying. If someone was trying to save him, it would be because they are on a team. If they are on a team, they are likely bad, so lynching him would be good. IF.

That's being, said, I don't really think you were trying to save Poseidon. I just thought the idea was an interesting one worth exploring, since Persephone brought it up.

There is an inherent tension between the Apollo Doctrine (no vote=no live) and the fact that we need information to find baddies and people who don't vote give us none. All other things being equal, I prefer to vote for a non-participant, but if I have other things to go it's hard to justify not acting on it.

I still haven't made up my mind, but I expect it will probably be Prometheus. I agree with Medusa about him.

I think that robot could work on being more accurate with it's targets however. Much like how some of us could be more accurate with our choice of words and phrases. Perhaps you and the robot should take archery lessons from Apollo. Just sayin'.

Right, I understand why you thought saving him would make them suspicious and therefore they would possibly be teammates. At this point it just seems like a lot of speculation IMO. What are the reasons to vote Poseidon was what I asking. I don't want to lynch a guy just to find out if people were trying to save him.

Ok, Apollo Doctrine is the fallback voting strategy.

I have posted about Arte, Athena and a bit about Fortuna. Still have bad feeling about Apollo.

I would have liked to have discussed Fortuna in more detail but her posts so few as they are its hard to decide since she has not bothered to respond today.

I have said what I thought about the responses I got.

I just wish there was more to go on.

Did Arte slip? Was Athena distracting? Does Prometheus only care what happens at night? Will Fortuna ever add thoughts?

Darling Pluto do you think his vote post a decoy trying to get some not to vote him because he is drunk and surely will not defend?

Pickle I am.

Vote Artemis of the two top vote getters I feel more strongly about Artemis. I feel he covered his slip so well he went in a circle. His response did read genuine but then he made his vote post and it left me wondering about him more. I do still wonder about Prometheus and his need to not care about what happens during lynch just getting on with the nights.

Thoth understood that being a god of Death was not popular, but he was also a God of balance. But Americans understood balance no more than they understood death.

In his guise as Prometheus, he had done nothing but aid people in time of crisis, through scientific knowledge, but, again, they had turned on him.

Well, they would not have Mr Ibis to kick around anymore!

He sighed; life, whether a few dozen or a few thousand years was sweet, and he would miss it.

Prometheus Has Been Lynched; He was Mr Ibis~

Wisconsin had perhaps not been the best selection; it was time to move on. Shadow looked at the map and thought longingly of Illinois, but you could never go back. So his choices were Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan. Choose one.

I am pretty annoyed with how terrible I have been at reading people this game. I'm sorry, Prometheus.
I think the real question is, why is Artemis still alive?

If we go to Michigan, will we be stuck there because the part of it that's adjacent to Wisconsin is not adjacent to any other states? Will we be forced into Canada? I need to know the answers to these questions before I vote.

The part of Michigan that is NOT adjacent to Wisconsin is adjacent to other states. This is American Gods Mafia, not Calm & Sensible Mafia, there will be no Canadian travel.
