I like to end my Day phases between 7pm and 9pm EST.

If we start getting later than that, I shorten Night phases to get us back into that window.

Sounds good thanks. I prefer closer to 7PM personally (7PM is 1am my time). Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to regularly stay up till 3am for a 9pm EST EOD.
