We basically need everyone to agree upon someone to lynch and have at least 7 people on the wagon, preferably 8+
Let's go for 11!! (Assuming 12 is an unrealistic asperation, with the person having voted for themselves)
Also, if you are supportive of this plan, why haven't you voted yet for the person that multiple people have supported voting for, and no one seems to be arguing against?

I also may be feeling aubergine about niju 2.0.
OK, really, though. Can we make aubergine purple be the voting color and make a button for it?

I figured I'd wait, but I planned to vote for Marmot anyway so I'll do that now. And yes 11 would be the best so the other team knows what's going on.

My first major concern with Marmot was that he was making empty prods of players to appear as a driving force in the game, but he never followed up on these prods at all. Here's a couple early examples:

I do like that Sloonie is posting and trying to get people talking, but as of right now I just don't think there's much to talk about. However, I'd put him down as a light civ read.
What do you think will get people talking?

Haha, I forgot to come back and move my vote.
And no visible attempt anywhere to do anything with the questions he had asked previously, giving me reason to doubt that he cared at all about his own line of investigation.
The first time I remember stating suspicion against him, and his response was to take cover behind his meta:

This is the Game of Champions folks! Let's get it together. Pretend that someone shit in your cornflakes or something.
Maybe it's unfair of me to label them as such, but these all feel like hollow prods to me. I don't see him doing much with the responses he gets and they don't feel particularly directed toward anything.
If there's a specific incident I take issue with, it was this small exchange the two of us had a few days ago (I've wrapped the whole thing in quote brackets for visual appeal):

Marmot, you placed a joke vote on me and then removed it. This leads me to believe you think I'm town. Why?
Why would this lead you to believe that I think you're civilian.
This and that are not the same thing.
I was lead to believe that you think I am civilian because you stated "no" when asked if you suspect me. Sure you can say I'm a null read. But I refuse to accept that at the juncture of the game in which this exchange took place, especially when I have ~142 posts. "No" suspicion for this player should indicate a town read, but Marmot won't commit to that stance. I'm really just trying to get him to follow up on the read he seemed to hint at earlier, but he refuses to do so.

You had a chance to vote for me but did not. What is your read of me?
Currently, I think you're abstracting my vote for you into something bigger. I voted for you as a joke. That's it. I also don't understand what you mean by "I had a chance to vote for you". You're really reaching on this one.
I don't think I was reaching seeing as I was directly responding to a read you had hinted at a few minutes earlier. This seems like the marmot trying to weasel out of a read.
If I were to articulate my suspicion of Marmot in one word, it would be listless. It feels like he's going through the motions of being a townie, but without the direction or the emotion of a player who is genuinely trying to solve the game.
Vote Marmot, 2018.
2) it’s not like he’s done any defending of his position of given reason not to lynch him
3) we should stack votes on someone regardless, and he’s not a terrible candidate that people seem to disagree with
4)unless you do, in which case why, Bucko?

I voted for you because I thought Sloonei made a reasonable case against you during the last day cycle, and what he said made sense. You haven't defended any of those points. And I think it's important for us to get a lynch, and there seems to be the most consensus around you--particularly from those that read you better than I do.

Crap, I had a post going yesterday, but closed my computer and never went back. And never saved it. Not that it was going to say anything revolutionary, but mostly that I'm okay with the Marmot vote, based on Sloonei's post that he reposted as a link.
I am about as articulate as a robot right now because work and meetings and my brain is leaking out of my ears. I had better words yesterday. Can try later for even better ones.

any vote other than marmot would be mathematically inconsequential, and probably inadvisable if our goal is to actually lynch someone for once.
Do you feel like his recent “defense” has made you see him in positive light?
that's why i asked for links. sloonei's case seems strong but i'd like to see for myself if i agree that his behavior in this game signifies mafia-ness for him or if it's just like a regular thing
Ok folks, I apologize sincerely. I have spent my free time for the lat three days calling moving companies, airlines, hotels, looking at houses for rent... the list goes on and on and on. So I have been very sidetracked with a lot of real life responsibility and it makes me feel super guilty I have not been here like I should have been. I'm very sorry. I see there is a plan to lynch Marmot, so lynch Marmot I shall. VOTE MARMOT aubergine and shit
Scotty woke up. He realised that his hastily painted ‘vote marmot 2018’ had been resting on his face during the night and he now had “8102 ƚomɿɒM ɘƚoV” printed in blue on his left cheek.
“We absolutely, under all circumstances, must have a lynch today” said Marmot “For these reasons, I propose that we vote me. I’m used to doing that anyway.” And Marmot self-voted
“All in favour?” asked LoRab
All hands shot up. It was decided. Now they could resume sports. They had recently discovered that someone had left an unused golf course in a field near the beach. They wandered off to play.
“Who is bidoff?” asked sig
“I’m not sure” said Spacedaisy “but if they could help me move house, let me know. I’m sick of Fiji, I want to go to California.” She looked over at the remains of the train carriage wistfully.
Day 7 has ended. Marmot has been lynched. He was:
79: Mt Erebus (Mountain). Frequent blizzards cause loss of visibility. Twice in the game, once during a day phase and once during a night phase, you may prevent any abilities or effects from occurring. Any x-shot abilities used will consume a shot. If any ability or effect has already taken place before you use your ability in a phase, your ability will be consumed without effect, however there will be a risk of death to those who have ventured out into the blizzard.
It is now night 7. It will last for 24 hours, meaning you have 22 hours to get your PMs in
