Stop checking the thread every time someone mentions you.
Dammit, you got me. :p

Yeah, I'm going to have to get used to that. I don't think I've really played a game in full swing since we got these.

It sucks that Colin hasn't been able to comment since he took all these votes and Sloonei has but it was fairly innocuous. I am moved on Marmot.
Why'd you ask everyoen to vote Colin?

These four read quite team-compatible to me. Lots of links between their behaviours that could make sense. I’ll elaborate when I get time but generally pressed for time on long explanations right now - but anyone else who feels like grabbing the ball, I think this is a good set of four to examine in the collective.
Golden wrote: Thu Apr 26, 2018 7:48 am OK so like, some random case-ish but not actually case thoughts on my proposed solution to the game.

I'm looking forward to sloonei saying his stuff on me because I always get a better read of how genuine people are being when they are talking about their perceptions of me. In any event, I agree entirely with Marmot that sloonei has been a little cautious in his reaction to my suspicion, almost like he's dodging dealing with me. I don't like.

There's quite a few things I don't like about the sloonster actually - he feels right off the mark, and I don't think it's just 'busy'. I think his 'energy' to 'content' ratio is off kilter. I really dislike his Nova vote. So much of this is gut but my gut is screaming.

Sloonei's voted for Colin in a way that feels out of context. Colin voted for Lunalee in a way that felt meaningless. LC has soft defended Colin and Sloonei. Lunalee seems to be tunneling on me which I don't object to so much in principle except it feels like there's not much there for how sustained it is. The suspicion started just after I called out LC, having already called out Sloonei. If Luna is bad, she's first time bad, and this is the kind of subtle misstep I could see someone making in their first time out. Nothing big, just a little timing. Basically I'm proposing a good chunk of distancing plus a good bit of whatever the opposite of distancing is.

Besides that, the overall interactions between the lot don't fill me with much confidence. There's plenty in there (like the soft defences), but even little interactions like this make me tingle a bit:

WORST, this is the worst, seriously you are so bad, Golden already suspects me and voted for me so let's ask the crowd what the purpose of your post here REALLY is
Excuse me but Golden is voting for me.
Hey, I saw him first!

But I refer to a past vote.
That's my thoughts. I'm leaving this here and going to bed.
I looked at both of Sloonei's votes (in ISO, mind so idk about timing) and have no idea what "out of context" means. Day 1, he puts down a pressure vote on Colin and moves it later. I wouldn't expect him to leave it. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Day 3 he voted Colin after a criticism of his vote. What am I missing?

I feel like of every player in this game that hasn't been really quiet, he's the one I just cannot get any handle on whatsoever. What say you, Jack? Where's your head at? Show us that supatown Jack we all want to see.

But just know that I also still think LC is bad (even if I have my doubts) and I want to know what you all think. :feb:
Supatown Jack left his phone in his wife’s cupholder this morning and was going through unmonitored internet access withdrawals all day. Supatown Jack also got Skyrim, Halo 4, Final Fantasy 13 and Mass Effect 2 on Saturday and hasn’t gotten a chance to play them yet.

Lemme catch up. I’d just be saying I suspect Wolfe, Colin and Sloonei again.

It sucks that Colin hasn't been able to comment since he took all these votes and Sloonei has but it was fairly innocuous. I am moved on Marmot.
Why'd you ask everyoen to vote Colin?

What's wrong with cbob in your assessment?
I don't like Cbob either. Maybe just a wallflowering scum trying to hop onto me with weak reasoning?
With most, if not everyone agreeing that I'm town, if I may add

Can you explain this reaction, Dom?
"Hey guys, I am civ, yes, civ. Me a civ is here!"
I want to lynch Colin and figured people would agree to it if it seemed like a cunning plan of some sort.

wolbre04 I think now is the time to expand on your " Sloonei is not MAF ". What makes you think that except "he's not acting like on" ?

He has answered you already. He thinks Sloonei is indie. I can see why because I actually bothered to analyse his posts. So if you haven't bothered to analyse his posts there's no use getting him to explain it because it's got everything to do with the way Sloonei is posting, and nothing to do with what he has said.

It is not the only confusing thing about him. I've been reading his ISO and I can't identify his train of thoughts. He's been consistently flip flopping. He was one minute voting for me and the next, jumped on Colin's wagon. Mostly his reasons for suspecting people have been, "they voted for a confirmed Townie" while he did the same, and "they're laying low D1" without much substance.

I'm pretty sure that's not the only thing he thinks. He also has him as a potential town lean.
