DDL has had a consistent position on Marmot that Marmot has been very ignorant towards. I don't really know how to read that?

Day 4 and Day 5 DDL has tried to push for Marmot wagons so I expect when he sees what is going on he is going to be a happy camper? I doubt they are teammates but it's strange that marmot has ignored him so much.

Perhaps Marmot feels no intrinsic urgency to challenge DDL's suspicion given that in his mindset it is known to be false.

this is the post that made me think this,

long con wasn't the doctor, and "strongly believe" was a strong reaction to a theory that relied specifically on word choice, plus he responded to me in like 6 minutes. unnaturally fast for someone to agree with me, Kylemii, the guy who is notoriously and frequently wrong about things.

the only players who would be able to say that with such confidence would be either the player who killed epi, or one of the players who meant to kill someone else, and came in to find out that their kill choice didn't happen.

Cuz we have 3 of them and we are rapidly approaching lylo. With 3 inactives, we approach it faster. Right now if exclude them, the setup is 6-4-1. How long till mafia just overpowers us?

Lynch Jack, vig INH. IF INH isn't bad, lynch juliets. That's my ideal plan going forward. I think juliets is bad, and maybe trying to steer the vig away from her actual low-poster teammate.

also this continued interest in giving the vigilante gateways to good murders, except i'm now realizing that since the vigs were all one-shot that lc is actually pretty unlikely to really have ever been the activated vigilante because he would have been more knowledgeable about the mechanics of the role, he would have known it was a one shot ability that spreading out votes for sniper reach wouldn't be necessary

I don't know. I don't determine how I play as a particular alignment, I just play. Sometimes that means farting around all game. Sometimes that means attempting to do analysis and failing. Sometimes that means not doing anything because I don't have the time or energy. I just live it, often reacting to players around me.

no i don't think so. maybe if long con chose a player the night before specifically because they seemed like they'd kill epignosis if they were the civ vigilante and then the next day long con sees that epignosis has been killed, it's.... there'd be too much ambiguity. not enough for long con to be like "yeah i get it, obviously this happened because this player might have been that role"

not to mention my specific theory would have required 2 separate civ roles to have been activated, a doctor and a vigilante.

DDL voiced urgency about the problem of an inactive civilian who isn't voting at LyLo. Mathematically, that is a fair concern. However, it is cancelled out when an inactive mafioso is also not voting at LyLo. The Dom/Pennywise distinction continues to stand out.

I am about to begin my own digging. I will try to remain unbiased until I am through. Everyone keep moving, we're cooking up good shit here.

i'm only bringing it up because i think long con is a decent candidate for being the pheonix wright guy. he's been specifically more active in this game than he usually is and i think the things i viewed as signs of being the vigilante might actually be signs that he's a mafioso that tipped his hand a little too much. i've wrongfully scumread LC in every single game we've played together since my return in chicka chicka, but not here. maybe that means something.

i'll put him on the back burner for now though.
