be careful you don’t start thinking out loud while mafiaing in an uber. That might be a worse offense than mafiaing while driving.wolbre04 wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 8:31 pmHahaha tbh I should just get UBER to get me around so I can play mafia :PSloonei wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 8:30 pmExcellent! Well played Mafia. I knew I made the right choice pledging my allegiance to you, lol. I did it at your lowest point (Colin's lynch)

Yes thank you JJJ- I like the advent of limited shot abilities. Makes you really have to sit on your hands sometimes. I also felt it was well-balanced. The Athenians got the short end of the stick in the beginning due to [unlucky] Nks and lynches, but I never felt like either side was “out of it”

I brought it up softly when I said that the wagon formed too quickly and something was fishy. But I dropped it, as soon as I joined the dark side

The irony is that, the post itself was brought up several times afterwards, but for all the wrong reasons haha

The one unfortunate thing is that given the Persian victory, there won't be a Peloponnesian war between Athens and Sparta. Bummer.

Think of the rammifications on the whole thread of history. We might not even have mafia at all. Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [CONQUEST]
Dammit, even though I knew I was getting killed I'm so mad at myself for the point at which I left. I thought I had another hour or so and I was going to double down and reinforce that Sloonei was bad. I wanted that to be my parting thought. Instead it was nova and turnip.
I always believed Sloonei was bad, from day one. Nothing ever shook me from that view. I suspected dunya but couldn't decide if it was real or just being pressed for time, and I didn't want to be too mean... dunya, I'm never giving you the benefit of the doubt again. I was nowhere close to speedchuck (his small defence of LC was enough for me to believe in him).
One thing this game reminded me is how important it is that a functional town pay attention to townslips. They matter. I couldn't believe how much Marmot suspicion remained out there after he was essentially hard cleared.

i think the sticking point is whenever you challenge me on whether or not i truthfully suspect you i reflexively double down on it when i probably shouldn't and dig myself into a hole.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 8:39 pmThat would be appreciated cause I feel like my ability to read you is at an all time low.Kylemii wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 8:34 pm Jackofhearts2005 i'm sorry about the way things went before my lynch. self-defense is just something i need to get a lot better at. mentally i know that some of my theories aren't always like... sure things, or even probable things, but when people say "hey there's no way that's true, your idea is bad" i feel obligated to defend thosee ideas cus they're technically not impossible... and then you look at that and your keen JackofHearts nose for honesty, smells my posts and then you think "hm, it seems super fucking weird that Kyle is strongly defending ideas that he doesn't seem to actually believe in that much" and call me out on it, and i either dig deeper or drop it altogether and then it becomes kind of a cycle.

I'm not mad. I knew my contributions were about to go into seriously low. I played my heart out when I had some time, and gave everything I had. I was hunting for the nightkill to keep other better long term contributors alive.
I'll be playing (at the moment I'm playing the Genius), but I'm not going to be signing up for everything. I'm in U Pick.

Yeah we had to kill you and Mac because there was no way we were lasting very long around you two. Mac’s day 1 case against me was spot on, minus the part where he said I should have defended sig while I was absent from the thread.Golden wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 9:01 pm Dammit, even though I knew I was getting killed I'm so mad at myself for the point at which I left. Yea sorry Golden. You made me nervous and despite townreading me at the time cos I took offence at Mac calling me a typical bussrr when I'm bad, I know you could change your mind easily.
But whoever said I chose to kill Epi (Marmot I think) I didn't. That was speed actually.

Yeah and your response to it was classic baddie - 'noone is giving me anything to aim at except Mac' as though agreeing with Mac's case isn't exactly what we should be doing! That's out of my playbook.Sloonei wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 9:07 pmYeah we had to kill you and Mac because there was no way we were lasting very long around you two.
I couldn't believe how much Marmot suspicion remained out there after he was essentially hard cleared.![]()

RULES OF THE POP QUIZ:
I ASK A QUESTION. THE FIRST TO PROVIDE A CORRECTLY SPELLED ANSWER EARNS A POINT. WHEN THE QUIZ IS OVER, THE STUDENT WITH THE MOST POINTS IS THE WINNER. IF THERE IS A TIE, WE GO TO SUDDEN DEATH.
ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE. JUST ANSWER QUESTIONS AS THEY COME.

Brought me back to the days of 10th grade APWH with Ryan Wagner and getting a 3 on my exam. Yes they were good. I can't believe your YouTube hasn't been monetized yet tbh. BTW Wolbre - great play, you're a great addition to the site. I never understood the suspicion on you either, you were strong town in my book.
