I found myself disagreeing with a lot of his prospects. Currently, his approach on me here at lylo is frustrating me to no end, but I still think he’s good.

If I recall, she had votes already and I thought she was bad after seeing similrities being bad with her in UPick. I could have voted Colin, but I was in a mode where I was getting closer to seeing her as his teammate so I moved onto her.
That seems kinda lame in hindsight, but people just weren’t biting on my Colin reads D3. So once a bad Elo came up, we could move to what I saw as her teammate.

I just remembered wrong about Quin. I thought he had more than just a vote in the choutas lynch, but the vote itself counted for what I was talking about anyway.

You are a civilian because you were instrumental in the Choutas lynch, because you found the dirt on Colin that turned the tide back to him instead of Marmot, and because you have been genuinely trying your darnedest to solve the game and closely analyze every side of every argument to find the mafia.

What just happened is that I abruptly and confidently called Charlinosis bad, had a back-and-forth with him about it and looked at his ISO to explore my suspicion, and I came out just now deciding that I town read him. Actually pretty dang strongly at the moment. I guess it's just that it took the motive of looking for suspicious things (but again needing to have not too much confirmation bias for this to work) in order for me to actually go into his ISO and realize that I saw most of it in a pretty good light. It was partially the ISO and partially his responses in the moment that convinced me to change my view.

I'll try to illustrate what bothers me about Jay here in a bit. Most of his recent scum hunting is characterized by low-hanging fruit, WIFOM, etc. that town Jay would only give little consideration, or at least would realize the other point of view. The difference between town Jay and scum Jay is the agenda. Town Jay, despite speaking with confidence, is never really sure of anything; he's always trying to pressure and investigate from as many angles as possible. Scum Jay is trying to appear that way but really he's pushing an agenda. I really hate that Jay's actively engaging in WIFOM and pushing Marmot as a candidate based on such weak shit.

I'll ISO him when I'm less distracted to try to highlight what I mean.

The fact that Jay thinks there's such a thing as a "moronic" lynch candidate doesn't bode well either. If he didn't have information and was town, he'd realize that despite a Day 1 scumflip, it's possible for anyone to be bad.

He's not acting that way at all. He lacks the underlying paranoia and reassessment. It's all agenda.
