John was vomiting in a bathroom when he got the news.

He could bare compose himself when he heard a BAND BANG BANG on the stall door.

"Hurry up, you're on stage in ten!"

John had no idea how he was going to get through this.

He had ten minutes so he closed his eyes, and thought of his special place, and it calmed him; it was a place of death, destruction and pain- John smiled.

He quickly applied his makeup, and went on stage.

The crowd was larger than usual.

The announcer started "Please welcome, BLOODBLUDGËON!"

John walked out onto the stage, stopped suddenly, and fell flat on his face in the middle of the stage, dead.

In his hand was an obituary of Joseph Prince, with words scrawled on top that read "They've Found Me"

The drummer of BLOODBLUDGEON walked up to John, looked at him, looked at the paper in his hand, looked at John, looked at the paper, and said, "I have no clue what the fuck just happened?!?!?!"

Peter, looking at his sobbing sister, angry brother and detached mother decided to take matters into his own hands.

"Let me see the letter."

He began to examine it.

"Yeah", he said, that looks like his writing all right; I just don't know how this can be related to his death, but...." he trailed off in thought.

Outside, it began to rain moodily.

"It doesn't mean anything," Martha snapped and snatched the letter away from a very surprised Peter.

He rolled his eyes and backed away from her; perhaps Dants was right.

"It's really none of your concern, you didn't give a damn about him when he was alive, did you?"

"Five years, no calls, no letters, nothing!"

"Mom, we are the children, not you and dad, how dare you place the responsibility for contact on us?" Nadine managed to get out before bursting into tears.

Her brothers both went to her side; Peter put his arm around her, and Dante put his hands on her shoulders as her head dropped to Peters shoulder.

Martha came closer and put her hand on her daughter's shoulder.

Everyone in the room froze for a split second, then Nadine raised her hand and put it over her Mothers hand and squeezed.

As Nadine's eyes met her mother's, Mom walked in the door.

She was carrying a chainsaw, a machete, and looking very obviously drunk.

"Mom, are you okay?" Cried Nadine.

"Long day at the Arboretum", she said, "We had to chop down the oldest tree in the park, it had the fungus, we had a few toasts to the poor old oak"

"A few?" Snarked Martha.

Mom looked at her and said, "Since when are YOU welcome in my home, you were never a mother to these children; I had a bad day and coming home to your snotty cracks doesn't help".

"Please, this isn't necessary." Martha said with her voice cracking.

"So manipulative, just like you always were, crying at the drop of a hat when it suits you, just like our mother" Mom said, putting down her chainsaw & machete.

"Mom, maybe we can cut her a little slack, today, of all days," Said Peter cautiously.

Mom looked at him; she said, "Fine, i am going to take a shower, I want her gone when i get out", turned, and stomped out of the room.

All of a sudden, Dante walked in, "John's dead."

No one knew what to say, since just a few seconds before, Dante had been embracing Nadine; it shocked them t see him walking in when they thought he was already in the room.

Dante collapsed in a chair, "My brother and my father in the same night."

"Well, John always did most identify with Dad. It makes sense that he would take up his identity. But who would want to kill the both of them?" Nadine tried to figure out.

There were two loud, rapid fire thuds as both Mom & Martha fainted and hit the floor.

"And then there were three," sighed peter.

The woman who had opened the door at the Home for Unwed Mothers looked at her and said, "YOu don't look pregnant, why not let your friend here talk for herself?"

Martha turned to her sister, stroked her hair and said, "It's OK Susan, she won't hurt you, I won;t let anyone hurt you".

The place reeked of sterility.

The cold white walls of the waiting hallway were anything but welcoming.
