Oh nooooo Mac! I hate that you are gone and I second Daisy's request that someone bring you back. I need to read through Mac's posts to see if I can determine why he was picked for the kill unless the rest of you guys know the reason already.

I will be at work today in a little while until this afternoon and then I have therapy so I'll be back in the thread later this afternoon.

I’m woefully underanalytical of Kyle. I have no earthly idea.

Epi is bugging me, but namely because of this:

Guys, this might be a mistake but I’m a hungry man.

I think I’m going to eat my cookies. They might be poison.

I don’t get it man.
The apparent existence of multiple doctors has made me disinterested in whether or not you could be lying about your role, as some have suggested. I have no problems believing a second predictor exists.

None of that speaks to your alignment, which is where my interests lie.

A doctor in this particular setup, from everything we've seen, would have zero utility on a mafia team. A guy who can increase his voting power would be.

The other thing of note is that removing MacDougall was not an optimal choice. If the mafia are going into the endgame with three civilians in juliets, Spacedaisy, and Scotty, all of whom are unlikely to be lynched before them, then what made MacDougall an attractive target? It doesn't seem very well thought out to me. I've had to accept over the years that people aren't perfect, and don't always make the right decisions when it comes to elimination candidates. :noble:

Colin, you wear MP's quote down there as a badge of honor. :nicenod:

I’ll give you that my role can easily suit any alignment, but I don’t quite get why you think a mafia doctor is unlikely if there are other vanishings happening (INH).

That happened during the Day. A traditional doctor couldn't have prevented that.

I’d imagine that, if there are 3 doctors, at least 2 would be non-traditional in some fashion.

"Huh?" the time tour guide says. "Didn't we have 12 in here?"

INSERTNAMEHERE has ALSO VANISHED! Day continues as normal!~
While you are technically correct, this was a kill that happened during the night. It got posted an hour or so late because of a host mistake.

Thus the rewind.

I could have been more clear.

What are some thoughts on Kyle? I think I’m at the place where the two people I trust the least are Kyle and Lapluie. And that’s mostly PoE. I have slight town lean on Colin and Sprityo, a bit more on Epi and I trust Juliet’s and Scotty 100%. What are some thoughts on those two.

Kylemii inhabits a neutral zone for me, because he asks a lot of neutral questions and usually ends up finding the answer himself. I'm trying to go over how an evil Kylemii could use his BTSC with Turnip Head to his advantage, and I'm coming up short, but even then Kylemii has never struck me as a terribly manipulative sort.

I would vote Kylemii in hopes of getting lucky (which is what I've basically been doing this whole time), but there's been anything that makes me want to vote for him.

Scotty why Epi? I don’t think he is bad, I’m willing to listen to why you might but I really really would like you and Juliet’s and I to find someone we can agree on today.

Colin, did you get your vote doubled? If so, where are you planning on putting them?

Epi, my problem with Kykeis he spent more time apparently defending and helping a 3P than he did scum hunting. And I still think he trusted me very easily at the beginning of the game. But much like lapluie, with him it’s less what he did wrong and more what he didn’t do much at all.

It’s just circumstantial based on his confidence that mac wasn’t going to die and then he did.

Was Mac strongarmed? Did Epi actually protect him? He never said it, only implied it.

I could very well vote lap or Kyle. As I said much earlier- nutella had BTSC with nijuu in GOC and the former was bad while nijuu was not, so an indie BTSC with mafia doesn’t seem unlikely as any other.

Lap I got nothing. Read her as town early but she’s just not here.

But someone is sending in kills, so I’d err on the side of lynching someone active for now

I did not get my vote doubled unfortunately. I haven’t been right all game so maybe TH’s wincon wasn’t as low a threshold as I believed, or maybe I just really suck.

Why can't lapluie send in kills?
You think she’s just actively be inactive?
Are night actions randomized if they aren’t sent in or are they null and void? speedchuck

Randomized*

I would vote Kylemii in hopes of getting lucky (which is what I've basically been doing this whole time), but there's been anything that makes me want to vote for him.
So did Kyle and Turnip Head confirm they had btsc? Or we know for sure some other way?

But someone is sending in kills, so I’d err on the side of lynching someone active for now
Scotty what do you mean by "strongarmed"? Is that a term for a kill that goes through even though there is a protection?

Correct, it comes from the role: strongman, or strongarm. A role who’s sole purpose is to kill through protection

Thanks sprit. I don't remember ever seeing such a role before.

Also, I meant to say before that I am in agreement with trying to find someone that Scotty, Daisy and I can agree on. With that in mind I'm going to read Kyle, lap and Epi. I hope they didn't post as often as Golden.

sprityo lapluie is quiet, but she isn't inactive. She answered pretty promptly when I asked for her reads on people. Speaking of which I might revisit that now...

i have an issue with this incorrect thing that people keep saying, because it's a misrepresentation of my efforts, i've spent time scumhunting, the only reason it looks like i've spent more time with turnip head is because it's what i've discussed more, because it was something i was uniquely in a position to discuss, and something i needed to convince others of, since i wanted to make sure he was dealt with in what i thought was the right way.

i've spent time figuring out how i feel about players other than turnip head. and posted my reads, they're not in paragraph form because they didn't need to be, because i pretty much always tend towards reading other players and deciding how i feel about them and how best to proceed more often than telling other people what the best thing to do is.

You aren’t bad at the game. I’ll give you an ISO later to see if it changes my opinion of you. But my PoE at this point is down to you, Lap, and there is a chance of Epi, Colin or Sprityo as well.

Epignosis Do you still feel like Sprityo is bad?
