I'm going to vote for Owner, TH, Golden and Luna because they asked. I don't think it makes that much a difference who the captains are (crew selection aside; this will be important to look at as it happens but preemptively it's kinda pointless), we'll have to figure them out all the same anyway.

This is mafia, no captain is good enough to avoid suspicion of being a baddie.

If the captain selects their team well, they might get a crew of people who can meta-read them well. For this reason I'm actually quite keen to be a captain. I think it's worth trying to put people in who might use it to the town's advantage if good but also be caught if bad.

Although I read down the player list and it's absent of the people like daisy and MP that can read me best. But I think there's still some that can.

Beginning in Day 2, Captain's may fire any of their crew by announcing it in the first 24 hours of the Day phase. The player may attempt to be hired by another Captain if they wish. If they are not on a crew by the end of the Day phase they will automatically be on the following Lynch Poll. Players also may announce their desire to quit the crew they are currently on at any point during the Day Phase. Captains may try to steal each other's crew if they wish. But they have to convince the player they want to quit their current crew and join them instead.

Players get a say in their employment. This isn't indentured servitude folks! That means that a Captain can put out an offer to anyone they want to join their crew when we begin Day 1, but the player has to accept your offer in order for them to become part of your crew. Also, aplayer can seek out employment with any Captain, but the Captain has to offer them a place on their crew for them to successfully land a job with that Captain.
