This allows him to talk a lot about suspicions towards sh, but without having to defend anything he says because, hey, is based on last game. This can be a baddie move, but it can also just be blindering which ive done in the past. Those who know owner well, do you get any kind of alignment read from this angle?

my goblin is a shopkeeper and when he reaches level 15 (cus he's gonna multiclass fighter) he'll be able to punch shoplifters and send them straight to hell, and i think that's neat

I feel a tonal shift to something more aggressive, perhaps more frustrated and certainly less friendly than I recall. I think on reflection, this might be a reasonable place for my first vote.

He mentions a "breakdown" and I don't know if that is true but when I couple it with the fact he said supatown Jay is dead it puts me off voting for him. I know from discord how busy he is and how he is immersed in his studies and barely comes up for air. Maybe these things are why he does not appear to be the civ Jay I know. I'm still not wild about his logic for voting Quin but willing to overlook that at this point in the game in the hopes we have a town Jay - maybe not supatown, but at least town.

Glorf I think mentioned Quin as being off (a little disagreeable or something like that) but that has recently been indicative of his town game. Also I think his sense of humor can sometimes be misconstrued (sp?). Someone described his town behavior perfectly in a past game and I'll try and find it.

I don't know at this point who I'll be voting for. I have some analysis to do.

Actually, I would say including that. Snape was an obsessed elitist bigot incel, with a single-minded obsession over the one girl that broke the rule. He deserved everything he got, and worse, for bullying kids over his obsession and general bigotry.
JK Rowling portraying this relationship as romantic and tragic from Snape's end is Twilight levels of disgusting.

That said, Snape is an amazing character. But he wasn't noble or loving in any good way at all. His obsessions just allowed Dumbledore to turn him and use him.

Owner - Not super stoked about the incessant and unyielding obsession w/ me. Already covered a lot of my thoughts on Owner but it boils down to "I think she jumped on me because its easy, her explanation was weird and hinged on Firefly which is also weird because she did the same shit there and I was also town and she was also wrong about every 'slip' or 'tell' or read about me. Also she confused Deathly Hallows with Dark Arts because she knows the Dark Arts abilities and Freudian Slipped."

Poutanko - [mention]Owner of a Lonely Heart[/mention] Does poutanko's use of those custom smilies so much qualify as a "picture tell", as you put it in Firefly? Not a great deal of content here otherwise. Pegs Owner/Jay for going "too hard" which is sort of the consensus. Eh.

juliets - I don't take anything from Epi/JC either way. JC isn't a false schemer type of a player, even when she's bad. When she's bad (at leas in the one GOC game that I remember correctly guessing that she might be bad) she was very airy and asked a lot of questions about other peoples thoughts. She agrees here w/ Luna about Jay/Quin. This post is what I mean when I say she was asking a lot of questions about other people's suspects. Asking people to refresh her on the LC case (or lack of). Pings me a bit but I like to watch and wait when JC is concerned. She backs off Jay after Jay/TH which is cool and good.

Long Con - His Veritiserum post has already been covered via other reads, but just to reiterate and quantify: asking about VS as a game mechanic in the thread and not to the host suggests LC wants to appear to be doing legwork without actually bearing any usable fruit. Otherwise pretty friendly in his interactions. I would say I'm half-decent at reading LC, but I've got nothing here worth a ping right now, another watch-and-wait for me. As the game picks up steam I'll have a more solid opinion of LC like I always do.

Lunalee - This post pinged me early because it demonstrated a focus on House Points and not Vote Accountability, which I'm a big proponent of. Her digging into Jay looks ok. Not much otherwise noteworthy. I'm 55/45 on Luna being bad.

MacDougall - Shitposticus Maxima! is the spell that Mac would have made up if he were the Half Blood Prince.

nutella - Another Jay hanger-on. Lots of light/jokey/fun posts. Not really feeling a nutella vote *right now* but Blendium Totalus. am I right? Got 'em.
