It was my fault, and it was JJJ's fault. We both did the same thing at the same time, basically. I was able to get back online and into Mafia with not much time left in the lynch also Asunder hosting and it was tied between you and Quin.

I looked over both ISOs with the time I had, and Quin was active, pleading for his life, and invoking "GenuQuin", and you were nowhere to be seen. Your posts didn't do anything to save you from being the choice.

I don't have much experience with games like this, fullyclosed with no roles shown. I played a few not many. When someone role claims, we just believe them? I went BOTD cause it was Day 1, but in general, is it common for baddies to take claim to avoid a lynch?

Where I come from, it definitely happens, but the danger is that you draw a counterclaim (e.g. "I'm the doctor" "no actually I'm the doctor"). Claiming a misdirector definitely wouldn't have been enough to avoid a lynch, as that's a very common baddie role. Not sure how much of that applies here.

You can respond as you'd like. Listen to tone, read through their other posts, and decide if you trust them. I have fake claimed right before getting lynched as a baddie. It almost saved me. In fact, it was in a game where you could choose your own role, kind-of and I had only wished I had thought of the fake claim sooner and make it my real role.

That's interesting c-bob. I didn't realize misdirector was a common baddie role. I assumed since people started moving their votes off Luna when she claimed that it was commonly a civ role.

I need to completely re-read EOD. I don't know how we got to where we got or how Quin became the object of so many votes. I tried to read it while it was happening but I wasn't following very well (distracted by what was going on in discord).

I don't know if it's always been this way here, but EOD chaos is kind of a mainstay here. I've generally found it to be NAI, because well-intentioned civs will do it just as much as scum trying to have a laugh.

There was never an established suspect at any point prior to the end of day. Votes were going to “pile on” anybody that received votes.

I voted for cbob (relatively early) because his posts looked overly casual.

Luna needed to vote somewhere that left her safe.
