Αποφάσισα να γράψω αυτό στην οικογενειακή γλώσσα, διότι γνωρίζω ότι είναι σημαντικό για εσάς να εξασφαλίσετε ότι ο Johnny το καταλαβαίνει. Ίσως σε κάποιο σημείο αυτό θα κάνει ένα καλό εκπαιδευτικό εργαλείο. Ήταν μια γεμάτη μέρα μερικές μέρες. Ένας ύποπτος κατασκόπος απομακρύνθηκε από την εταιρεία, αν και αποδείχθηκε ότι ήταν κάποιος τρόπος απατεώνων φορέας χωρίς εθνικά συμφέροντα. Παρακολουθώ τους αμφισβητούμενους χαρακτήρες εδώ κι εκείνος που συνεχίζει να με ενοχλεί είναι αυτός που πηγαίνει από το ninja. Η αψιμαχία της, μολονότι περιγράφεται ως συνηθισμένη, μου φαίνεται ως σκόπιμη και η μόνη της εισβολή σε σοβαρό διάλογο (μια πολύ σύντομη ανταλλαγή με τους Juliet) φαινόταν ψεύτικη. Έσπευσε στα δάχτυλα του juliets για ένα σχόλιο που είχε κάνει ο τελευταίος, έλαβε απάντηση και ήταν ικανοποιημένος να περιορίσει το διάλογο αμέσως με ευχάριστο τρόπο. Χωρίς παρακολούθηση ή κάποια εξέλιξη έμοιαζε σαν προσπάθεια για χάρη της προσπάθειας.

Δεν ξέρω, Μαρία. Όλα είναι μάλλον συγκεχυμένα και είμαι κουρασμένος στρατιώτης. Θα παραμείνω όμως σε εγρήγορση εν τούτοις στο μέγιστο βαθμό των ενεργειών μου. Ξέρω ότι δεν θα έχεις άλλο τρόπο.

Δεν μπορώ να ξεπεράσω πόσο μου λείπεις, Μαρία. Ελπίζω να βγαίνω από το ξενοδοχείο το συντομότερο δυνατόν.

Luna gets a skim milk for this. Not as yummy as rich,creamy whole milk ... but way better than NASTY soy milk. I don't agree with her opinions, but she reasons them out. I think Jay is doing the opposite of blending in, and Eloh has had quite abit of content, although I don't necessarily agree with it.

Sloonei gets a regular milk for this. It is a fair question, but he and I talked about this last game, too. He came in at the EOD and tried to fluster and frazzle people. He was trying to put me on the defensive, and to my shame, I let him do it.

I was on colonialbob for a long time yesterday and never moved. I didn’t care for the case against Quin. The case against Luna had and still has some good points, but also some that I disagreed with and I didn’t like the way she was being steamrolled.

I still don't care for the argument that "sig always gets mislynched." I also don't see why having "just found out about a tell" should exclude a person from voting for a suspect. We're always in the process of finding things out in games. That's how mafia works.

A moth walks into a podiatrist's office and says to the doctor, "Doc, I was hoping you could help me with some of the problems I've been having." The podiatrist says he might, and asks the moth what's the matter.

But I'm not talking bored or stressed or whatever. I've been in the field for a long time and I like what I do enough, but it feels like I've gotten nowhere from where I started. You know, when I graduated from college you had the idea that if you worked hard and put in your time every day and got along well enough with folks, you'd be able to live comfortably and have a little something to retire on. But I don't have that, and I don't think I ever will. Everything is different from how it was back then, actually. My boss is a guy 20 years younger than me and every department is like that, too. It feels like he gives me a hard time sometimes only because I'm as old as his dad, and he needs to get his kicks somehow. I don't know, doc. I guess you could say I've felt better about all that."

"It wouldn't be so bad," the moth continued, "if I could go home and at least put my mind at ease, but things haven't been so great with the family either. And my youngest, well, he's pretty much the opposite: college didn't work either time he tried, he hasn't been able to hold a job down longer than three or four months, and any time I try to talk to him about it, we just end up shouting at each other about the same things, without fail. It seems like yesterday I was just picking these kids up from soccer practice or coming home from work and they'd be at my knees, so happy to see their dad, but now I'm just the guy that pays the cell phone bill and pisses them off the rest of the time. Truth be told, I don't even really know what I'd talk to them about, but I wish I could."

"And, well, my wife is wonderful. And I have stayed faithful for 25 years without even so much as a passing glance. But something is just ... off between us," the moth continued. He struggled with his next words. "I used to think we would be one of those couples that grew old and were all about each all day, everybody else be damned. And she still loves me, of course. "You see, doc," the moth started, visibly upset, "it would be one thing if I was worried all the time, or if I couldn't stop crying, but most days ... most days, I'm just there filling space and killing time. I just go through the routine I do every day, the one I've gone through every day for the last 30 years. And then I keep doing that, and keep doing that, and keep doing that ... you know how, in the summer, when the sun is shining on your skin and you feel that warmth right inside of you? Like, in your bones? And it feels kind of like that when you have a good laugh, or when you see a good movie. Well, I don't feel warm in my bones. I don't feel anything, doc. I don't feel anything at all."

The podiatrist gave the moth a sympathetic frown. "Mr. Moth, I'm terribly sorry to hear all about this, but I think you've made a mistake. I'm a podiatrist, not a psychiatrist."

"Oh, I know that," the moth replied.

The podiatrist was puzzled. "If you know that, why did you come in my office?" he asked.

Ξέρω ότι είναι λίγο παράλογο να γράψω αυτό. Δεν θα μπορείτε ποτέ να το διαβάσετε και δεν μπορείτε να καταλάβετε ελληνικά ούτως ή άλλως. Κάπως όμως είναι θεραπευτικό για μένα να το κάνω κάτω από αυτές τις συνθήκες. Εάν βρίσκεστε κάπου "πάνω εκεί" κοιτάζοντας προς τα κάτω σε μένα και την οικογένεια, τότε γνωρίζετε ήδη ότι είμαι σε εχθρικό έδαφος για την πολεμική προσπάθεια. Ήταν μια δύσκολη περίοδος, αλλά εδώ έχουμε εδώ και λίγο καιρό. Πολλά πρέπει να γίνουν. Εύχομαι κάποιες άλλες συμπατριώτες μου να λένε τι σκέφτονται για το ninja. Κάποια ασθένεια του νου έχει σώσει τη βάση, οπότε δεν είναι εύκολο να μιλήσει κανείς το μυαλό του, αλλά ίσως είναι πιθανό ένα μήνυμα κάποιου είδους μέσα στους περιορισμούς τους;
Ίσως κατευθυνθήκαμε για την απομάκρυνση του Lunalee. Αυτή είναι η επικρατούσα κατεύθυνση προς το παρόν και η ορμή είναι λιγότερο πιθανό να κυριαρχήσει χωρίς ευανάγνωστη επικοινωνία. Έχει μια αμήχανη πρώτη φάση εδώ και υπάρχουν αιτίες ανησυχίας. So I looked at c-bobs posts because of Jay's letter and what Jay says is true but there are another 5 or so people who haven't said much either. Jay this may not fit into your letter writing but is there a reason you picked c-bob as opposed to say Turnip Head or blooper or nova or Quin to name a few? They've made comments but not said much.

I'm having a hard time with suspects, there are a couple of people I'm leaning civ on but then I have a whole lot of meh. I hope we have some good participation today.

I’m not a fan of this post - you claim to have a hard time with suspects, yet you throw out three names “to name a few” to JJJ? And the last paragraph is not adding anything. Who are you leaning civ on? What hard time are you having, besides regular Day 1 difficulties, if anything? Who is meh? What does meh mean to you, maaaaaan?
