Ok, something is going on here, and I have to share it because it's an open-info game, and because it's getting relevant. I started this lynch with two extra votes. I got wounded last night.

So, first off, put that in your lynch result calculations. If you maybe don't want me lynched, which would be great, then I might need a little extra love.

But it goes further than that, I was looking back over some posts, and I looked at Mac's death and role reveal again:

The One-Hour Werewolf
During the Night, you exhibit lycanthrope for exactly one hour and ravage the town and mafia alike. During the Night, in a one hour window, you will use your feral sense to sniff out a lie (you may lie detect one thing said in that window), use your heightened hearing and sight to learn who targeted whom during that hour, and scratch and claw at someone who posts during that time (he or she will begin the next Day with two votes due to wounds).

Mac was dead already during Night 2, when I got the wounds. I think what this means is that we have a role that can copy the powers of the dead. Maybe it's one of the people voting for me. Maybe it's nijuu, who is so enigmatic about her vote. (or is she vote-forced?)

It would really work for me if a role that uses dead player abilities was usually a baddie role, but I guess it's kind of neutral. In A World Reborn, the Grim Shaman was a baddie and had that power, as I recall. I see it as a better power for baddies to have. Makes more sense - they can kill cool roles for the sole purpose of harvesting their powers. Actually, that's a good point - if you reveal YOUR role/ability in the thread, they might want to harvest YOU! srsly tho

Good morning everyone. I see votes for DH have sprung up overnight (someone was already there I think) but in reading back through the posts I can't find the issues that are propelling that vote. Can one or more of those of you who voted him give me some insight as to your vote?

@Lunalee I see you are still sitting on S~V~S which sure seemed like a switcheroo vote. What do you think about nutella's vouch for her?

I know nijuu said she was voting for LC because she was woozy (which I don't understand) but c-bob and speed can you help me out with why you are voting there?

I am going to re-read Luna today to make sure I'm comfortable staying there, especially given Colin's not being comfortable with that choice. I'm also going to look at nova's ISO as LC has suggested as well as DH's and LC's.

I may not stay on SVS, and I haven't yet decided where to go. I did see nutella's vouch for her, but thought it was basically nutella saying she's convinced SVS is good. I don't think she has confirmed info that SVS is good.

I missed the vote. It's not something I do on purpose to hide, when I'm bad. I think it's disrespectful to the host to not vote, and I sent Epi a PM of apology because of it. I mean... look at my Day 1 vote and tell me that I'm a Quin teammate who is afraid to cast a controversial vote, you know? It was an accident.

I could have written whatever text I wanted. I could have found a big wide axe blade and written in 8pt font all my many thoughts and ideas.

Reasons I didn't:

1. That would be really pushing the spirit of the curse to an ugly place. I already felt like I was pushing the envelope enough by putting text on weapons.

2. Each post meant I had to go into photoshop, create a new image of a textweapon, save it as a jpg, upload it to Imgur, copy the link, and post the image. It was much more tedious than simply typing.

3. Most importantly, I didn't have that much to say. The day was crazy poppycock. I had no sense of who was being suspicious and little recourse to delve further into most player's opinions.

I did nothing meaningful Day 2. I have been trying to do meaningful things today. I think my level of meaningful behaviour is greater than yours.

For clarity I'm not necessarily saying you deliberately missed the vote, but waiting to vote until you're certain you can vote safely and then accidentally missing a vote is also a thing that happens.

I'm not criticizing you for writing a normal post on an axe in tiny font, because I agree with 1. But even short sentences can provide thoughts, opinions, suspicions. You had precisely 0.

Quin-Colin: Quin denigrates Colin's read quite indirectly. Doesn't engage his own opinion of Colin's post. Could be Quin-Colin teammates with a Civ juliets side.
Quin-juliets: Most indirect, but maybe the drive behind Quin's post was to just generally quell any rising juliets suspicion. I don't know if Quin is really a 'jump to the rescue' kind of guy.

So I looked at c-bobs posts because of Jay's letter and what Jay says is true but there are another 5 or so people who haven't said much either. Jay this may not fit into your letter writing but is there a reason you picked c-bob as opposed to say Turnip Head or blooper or nova or Quin to name a few? They've made comments but not said much.

I'm having a hard time with suspects, there are a couple of people I'm leaning civ on but then I have a whole lot of meh. I hope we have some good participation today.

I wasn't throwing out suspects, I was naming people who hadn't said a whole lot. I was asking Jay why HE did not see them as suspect based on his reasoning for c-bob.

In the last paragraph I am just saying I'm having a hard time with suspects. As I said before I'm not a good Day 1 player. I don't think I've ever caught a baddie on Day 1. There are baddies out there but I'm not seeing whatever nuances there are that make them bad.

I'm leaning good on nutella and S~V~S and Mac. A whole lot of meh means a whole lot of "could go either way". For example, Quin's posts seem consistent with his civ posting but he's not posted very much. Is he hiding or was he just busy yesterday? JJJ's posting gambit I found clever and his content seems ok but I'm starting to wonder if he's hiding behind a persona. That's what I mean by meh - could be bad, could be good.
