nutella's vote does have me thinking about how the remaining mafia would be treating this right now.te reason I panicked about the DDL wagon yesterday was because I assumed something like the former, but now we can see that DDL's partners were perfectly willing to throw him under the bus. If we've similarly nailed SVS, it'd be difficult for her partner to avoid hopping on board.

But if we're wrong about SVS then we're just steamrolling ourselves and somebody is laughing at us. nutella has put another name forward and, just like yesterday, luna's first response is to say no to it. I dunno what that means, but it's a thing.

i don't think her behavior here is TMI though. She's expressed a firm town read on me earlier in the day. That's a thing that happens. I'd react with similar resistance if somebody proposed a speedchuck lynch right now.

A little spark under their arses seemed to get them into motion though. Maybe they wouldn't sit around and wait to be murdered. This was supposed to be a night of celebration!

At face value, it looks a bit weak for luna to give in to peer pressure like that, but now knowing that SVS was bad, I find myself doubting that luna would give in to phony pressure from a teammate on this issue. If she was going to orchestrate a vote change onto a known civilian, she wouldn't wait for or need her teammate to prompt her.

This is probably the one weird point I can find. DDL was cruising to a lynch. I switched to luna for an alternative. Then I switched to SVS, and luna responded with a bit of shock. She'd been at least mildly suspicious of SVS since early in the game, and now I was presenting an opportunity to lynch her (rather than luna herself).
The flipside of this is that the response doesn't really make sense for baddie luna either. I think it's more likely that she was just confused by my abrupt switch.

G-man thank you for that beautiful analysis. I could totally see Sloonei and SVS as scum-mates with DDL

I don't feel confident about this SVS wagon. She literally role-claimed early on that she had a two-shot ability and is aligned civ.

She explains the read here, but it's a little concerning that luna started to resist the SVS wagon a bit as it was gaining momentum. I don't think this outweighs the earlier interactions, but it's enough that I'm not calling luna a slam dunk town. Civilians can have second thoughts and I don't hold that against her, I just need to keep an open mind here.

Her change of heart came late, here and here. I don't think this looks like an unnatural progression, but it's possible luna is just a stellar actress. I find it more likely she just went through all the stages of civilian paranoia that come with a high pressure lynch scenario.

I had some growing skepticism of the svs wagon because nobody was arguing against it. Felt too easy. And luna kept skeeving me out, so she was my alternative. It ended up being pretty much just symbolic though since I knew nobody was realistically moving off the svs vote, and that worked out in the end. But nobody is cleared for complacence with that lynch.

Her change of heart came late, here and here. I don't think this looks like an unnatural progression, but it's possible luna is just a stellar actress. I find it more likely she just went through all the stages of civilian paranoia that come with a high pressure lynch scenario.

Idk about spirit he's posted literally twice and once only to say epi was bad when he wasnt. Gman says he is vanilla on the chart but we dont actuall have that confirmed. If he were bad it would be a great way to make civs look bad by saying he was good when he wasn't.

G-man goes 2/3 calling out the scum team. Sabie shrugs at DDL and kyle, but gives a reason to suspect SVS. She responds to each of the two confirmed scum in this trio different, which could be significant, or it could mean nothing. I tend to think that baddies try not to call specific attention to their partners, so by keeping them separate here Sabie is playing it safe. She also frames the SVS suspicion pretty light ("The one thing...") as if it's not to be taken too seriously. The players she calls the most attention to here are luna and G-man.

It's not impossible for SVS to fake offense. This could be teammate distancing. It wasn't a prolonged issue like the back-and-forth between luna and SVS I highlighted in my other post. I can see this particular interaction as town vs. scum, but I do not need to see it that way and I feel there's more evidence against sabie than for her overall at this point.

I think ever since my brain thing I just get self conscious about the fact that I word things badly and people can take what I say the wrong way because of it sometimes.

I can see svs being bad and I could see her and Luna being teammates. I know that was a suspicion earlier and is still a possibility. At this point if we are moving towards an svs lynch I'll go along with it. If that's the only option. We don't have a lot of time left and I'm about to go to the store.

Sabie was the main voice arguing for Luna over SVS today. This is the post where she finally hops on the SVS wagon, and there's a bit of resignation in her language (... if that's the only option), but I could be reading too much into that.
I'm not a big fan of the NO U on luna here, most of all. If Sabie is bad, luna's her best bet for a mislynch, either today or tomorrow.

I had some growing skepticism of the svs wagon because nobody was arguing against it. Felt too easy. And luna kept skeeving me out, so she was my alternative. It ended up being pretty much just symbolic though since I knew nobody was realistically moving off the svs vote, and that worked out in the end. But nobody is cleared for complacence with that lynch.
