Beats me. I don't care much for motivations behind these kind of reactions 'cause everyone wants to live civvies and baddies alike, and people reacts in different ways. The tone is relevant though, and I'm not getting genuine vibes from her at the moment tbh. Might be tainted by her other stuff.

Before I begin my analyses of the interactions and such, I have a decree and a request for my fellow players:

I may not survive this night phase. So be it. That's Mafia. I want to be confident though that in my demise, there will be someone else ready and waiting on-deck to step into the role of motivation and content generation in my place. This player is going to need to be highly active, effortful, and engaged in the continuing dialogue across all game phases of his her lifespan in the game. You obviously don't have to do things or read things the way I do them, but you do have to play with the same kind of energy and determination. We've lynched a mafioso on Day 1. Anything less than a civilian victory is now a failure. So let's strive for that together.

I feel the weakest about my decisions on Audrey and Luna. They are both basically 50/50 to me.

Audrey's only on-topic post in this game is this:

I don't like the way it looks for someone who has barely been around.

Luna seemed to default to a "bad" read on Audrey in the GTH exercise. When nutella spoke of Audrey [and Luna], Luna explained herself in the second post here. It looks pretty cooked to me, like the only kind of justification she could find to support a red read on the player with the fewest posts. I don't think the two of them faked this exchange either in which Audrey revealed her age. If they're both bad, this is probably covered in BTSC immediately.

I didn't mention rey. It just makes you and Nova look like you're excited for the game, and don't mind punching reads out of people's check-in posts. I like the enthusiasm, but your methods look a bit harsh.

They're hard for all of us. I have to wonder though why you're mounting resistance to a bandwagon on a player for whom you don't have a read.

I back luna on this. The votes on chuck seem suspicious and I am not even close to certain of chuck's alignment either. From the get-go, JJJ has been saying BS about this player and that player whether is be of their civviness or baddiness. He has been doing whatever he can just to get people to participate. I think that this his vote for chuck and hard go on chuck is the same thing. I don;t think JJJ CARES if chuck si good or bad. I think he just thinks that it will get people working to solve the game. I think JJJ could be indie.

Elohcin supported Luna's resistance to the speedchuck wagon. Whatever Luna's crime regarding chuck (TMI or protection), Eloh would have to be doing the same thing as a teammate. It's plausible enough if not necessarily compelling.

It looks like Jay wants to lynch speedchuck, and you've just enthusiastically agreed with his opinions. Did you post any of your own reasons about why you're voting speed?

Now she took on nutella, a wagon that had me on it, to try to distract from speedchuck. Still, as nobody save me was really strongly suspecting nutella at that point, I wonder if she thought the wagon had a chance. Definitely makes speedchuck look worse and nutella look better, but not quite sold on either yet.

leetic was sold by Luna's submission to her own lynch and switched his vote to Jack. At face value it's not ideal. I kind of appreciate that this happened in a direct exchange with Luna herself though instead of as some external, standalone post of his. It's easier to believe he was genuinely fooled by her last ditch ploy in that regard.

nova was a "don't trust" in her 2/2 reads. The yellow portion there is a pretty severe discrediting of nova's efforts, and it echoes speedchuck's assertion that nova was just buddying me around. I think that reflects well on him.

Okay, so my vote. I don't think I have even mentioned nova this game. I have had a bad gut read on him but haven't said anything since it isn't concrete. I like to have reasons to back up my feelings.

I believe nova began the shift, and it looks like he has "friends" on board with it.

When I made note of how quickly the wagon shifted from speedchuck to Luna, she blamed nova. She could have as easily blamed me, but I am a harder accusation to justify. "Friends" is a vague pile of whatever too, and I have a feeling there's at least one teammate among those "friends", whoever they are.

It looks like Jay wants to lynch speedchuck, and you've just enthusiastically agreed with his opinions. Did you post any of your own reasons about why you're voting speed?

Once again she blames someone else instead of me for something I am driving. This time she credits the speedchuck wagon to nutella (and blames her for it). The last question there is telling too, because nutella had definitely voiced suspicion of speedchuck independent of my own stuff. Luna wasn't familiar enough with nutella's posts to know that already. Oops. Decent look.

What even is this Luna wagon

Well it reminds me of in the socky game when like two or three times sloonei and/or I tried to propose a different lunch and should have stuck with the original/were right the first time. I'm staying on speed. Call it recency bias but I don't like the sudden wagon.

nutella was resistant to the late Luna wagon. That's not a big deal to me on its own power. I am a bit surprised at it though given that Luna had made nutella the face of the speedchuck wagon -- something nutella noted and didn't understand. There's a reason to view Luna with suspicion of anything is.

Luna's 2/2 reads (and her GTH reads) were against-the-grain more than anyone else's. She called sabie one of her two most trusted people, and referenced sabie's reads list as evidence. This strikes me as a very specific thing for Luna to pick out as being worth mention in this post, and that doesn't reflect great on sabie to me. It feels like sabie was forced into this.

I really don't know. The lynch just looks opportunistic, but maybe I've missed something.

Here's the fun part. Was she saving her mafioso husband or revealing that she knew he'd flip civilian (facilitating a set-up against nutella and his other wagoners)? I suspect intuitions may prove pretty variable on this question. My intuition is that this was TMI (in speedchuck's favor). That's the first thing my brain spits out when I look at it. It's not a super confident feeling though.

This one is probably more about Jack than Luna, but whatever here it is. I struggle to insert myself into a proper mindset for this post (i.e. "did speedchuck reveal something about his own relationship with Luna in this game by acknowledging his own attentiveness to how Jack was linking them?"). Maybe one of y'all will have something.
