Neither - I feel the isometric strength building (and sometimes cardio) of yoga, particularly power vinyasa.

dentist for sure. doctor could be major, at least dentist you know you can live without a tooth worst case and then there's always implants!

I would say two sizes too big unless I'm at my lowest weight.

I've lived in Florida, and hell, the hurricanes have been worse here in NC the past few years. What I don't like about Florida is the heat.
