Day 4 End: Mean.

BWT got surrounded. And they killed him. Mean.

BWT has been lynched. He was a civ.
It is now Night 4. You have 24 hours to get PMs in. A reminder that I’m looking for PMs if you want to play the friday game.
Powers and new cards will be out shortly.

Played Cards:
Honey Boo Boo shotgunning a 2-litre bottle of "go-go juice.", Sexy pillow fights, People with cake in their mouths talking about how good cake is, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, Being a dinosaur, A slack-jawed yokel, A monkey smoking a cigar, Finger painting, Filling Sean Hannity with helium and watching him float away

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted at least. Although it sucks because there won't really be much learned from my lynch. I am a bit surprised that I got lynched nearly unanimously though. Enjoy the game everyone, and go civvies!!!

Why are you suspicious of BWT? I have him in the back of my mind as being suspicious, but need to read back to remember why. He's on my list of people to reread.
I suspected him because of his Day 1 contradicting behavior as far as votes go.
He randomized after saying we had plenty of time to make a decision (when this is a speed game, at that).
I see I was wrong now, though.

Night 4 End: Pixelated to Death

Hedgeowl got killed by Pixelated Bukkake.

Someone wants to know:
If you were a teacher, what subject would you teach?

A new role was created:
17. F*ck It, We'll Do It Live - Choose a player. The player you target must incorporate the name of at least 1 of the white cards they have played in every post they make for the next day/night (within sentences, not just posting the card name itself). If they fail to comply, their next vote will be worth 0.

BWT returned from the dead. He was forced to clean himself up before rejoining the group, because he was still really gross.

Hedgeowl has been killed by Pixelated Bukkake. Thanks for playing!

It is now Day 5. You have 24 hours to lynch someone.
BWT has been ressed. He cannot be lynched today or killed tomorrow.
Eloh is the Card Czar today. She cannot be lynched today.

The cards giveth, the cards taketh away~

Glad to see you back Teef~ based on something someone said, i was wondering who started the case on BWT? We all are to blame, we all voted for him. I was in the middle of a sanctimonious post about how i was OK with my vote when Boo came in and put up the "BWT=Civ" post. But I kinda think this was maybe an engineered thing with vote compulsions perhaps.

WB BWT!

RIPiywg Hedge! :(

I'm analyzing all of this very carefully. I think P-B-and-Kakke could be one of the 4 players I mentioned prior to voting time.

Interesting to note that Rey was the last thing BWT brought up before he was lynched as well.

TBH, I don't really know where to start. I do think SVS's reaction to BWT seemed very insincere, IMO. But that's nothing much. :/ If anyone can remember who started the discussion on BWT, that might be helpful!

K4J, at precisely 12:50 AM.
Aside from those I am concerned about BWT, because he said he wasn't worried about the vote as we had plenty of time (day 1) but yet he ended up randomizing (or self voting) and he just didn't seem to be taking things serious, as I'd expect a townie to. He reminded me of WWE where he gave up but that was so early on that he would have had no reason to want to give up, so either he just doesn't want to be a baddie or it has nothing to do with his alignment.
Then Epi for being so quiet (although I am wondering if this is still in character as far as the I don't care if you suspect me attitude & he just has two major levels, extra quiet and extra talkative), who I now feel better about, but don't know if he is just perhaps on an opposing scum team, so I am keeping that in mind. #pretendthisisallblue
He prodded INH later about his vote for BWT as well.

Question is: Was he trying to frame someone or was he himself being set-up?

Oh, and SVS's BWT reaction seemed insincere? Try SVS's play throughout this game.

Also, of note, "Cards You May Not Understand - And Definitely Do Not Want To Google" killed night-talkative players on nights 2 and 4, a former unwritten rule of thumb for baddies back on LP. :srsnod:

I only bring it up because SVS was making note of it in a previous game (either Shawshank or WWE, icr which). :p

Are you talking about how SVS brought up that it was taboo for baddies to purposefully kill other baddies? (Which I think was best illustrated in Dexter Mafia, where, if I remember correctly, there were 3 baddie teams-- all of which tried to force an end game. SVS also played an excellent baddie game, despite that most of the game was total bullshit :p) This was discussed in Shawshank.

Yeah, I remember the convo you're talking about. There was another instance where she was either discussing with FZ (Shawshank?) or K4J (WWE) how baddies would often pick off those who were more vocal during night periods, hence the LP tradition of "night-hiding". I think it was WWE, because I also remember Epi chiming in on the subject about how he likes to wait 'til just before the end of a night period to post.

tl;dr: the 2 choices for Bukkake's kills so far have had a very old-school feel to them, to me at least.

TBH, I don't really know where to start. I do think SVS's reaction to BWT seemed very insincere, IMO. But that's nothing much. :/ If anyone can remember who started the discussion on BWT, that might be helpful!
Why do you say that? I used to be able to read BWT like a book, you can ask him. Not so much anymore. I can even pinpoint when it happened. The game at KSite. I had zero read on him that game, and have not really been accurate since.

And like i said, someone said something during the last lynch that got my attention. No target painting here, but i will say that in retrospect it seems to me that the lynch of BWT was a planned pick off. So I am NOT going to work today (a foot of snow, no plows on the horizon) but I do have to go shovel now, but plan to reread this lynch a bit later. There is something rotten in the bukkake and I hope to find it.

Okay, I remember this one a lot better now. I know on K-site they're used to being at each other's throats right away on Day 1, which I guess is why my first game there, I felt a lot of the Day 1 discussion was incredibly forced to me (mostly because it was incredibly weak reasons for voting people since we had no other evidence to go off of). And that's the feeling I get from K4J here. Anyone else have an opinion on it?

Epig hasn't felt terribly quiet to me. Although that might be because he's been fairly active in the Champions game and me seeing him more often there might have me thinking that he's been equally active here. But I definitely would not equate quiet Epig with bad Epig.

POwer keeps going out in my house. So I'm voting now for rey. He is the last person the butt could be from FH's list, and when confronted with a direct suspcion he deflected with a joke instead of adressing it. I think he used his powers up because he saw his name being thrown around and thought he didn't have much time left.

Oh yeah. I forgot about FH's list. Still need to go over the names that were on there as well.

OK, I have done some rereading back, with BWT in mind, and the first person to mention him was K4J, on day one, in his very first post. He has been consistent in his suspicion since the beginning; during the Llama/JJ fiasco he said stuff like "The only person i could consider voting for other than Llama is BWT".

For this reason, and becasue of his posting record as a whole, the stuff he has said, the context, i think that possibly there was a plot to kill BWT in order to frame K4J for leading a lynch on him. K4J is cursed, and no one AT ALL bit when i said i wanted to go back and see who was first to mention BWT.

So I will definitely NOT be looking at K4J today, but more likely at those he suspects.

So looking forward to what BWT sees in his catch up as well as Doms explanation for my "insincerity".

SVS, I don't know what you're expecting-- I just found your post about BWT insincere.
