The civilians had the advantage, certainly. No argument. That advantage was made much more pronounced though when DDL was the first lynched (which is not the setup's fault).

Night 1:

I received 2 vests, 1 gun, and 1 orb.

poutanko claimed one vest. Nobody claimed the second. When my gun blew up in my face, my vest saved me. poutanko's vest was real, ergo she is a civilian. Can anyone find a hole in this logic?

speedchuck gave me a fake gun.

MacDougall claimed the orb. I used it on nutella and got the opposite result to her alignment. He/the communists couldn't have sent me a fake orb on the same night that speedchuck sent me a fake gun. The orb must have then been sabotaged. Unless Mac took a guess about that orb and ts account sent it to me instead, Mac is a civilian. Can anyone find a hole in this logic?

DF claimed to give guns to nutella and Colin. Both of them successfully fired, and the latter was a civilian. DF's guns are real, ergo he is a civilian. Can anyone find a hole in this logic?

It appears sabie gave it to him and died in the process, suggesting the mafia targeted someone with a vest.
