so jinrou gets green read by indiglo, but later on responds to a post by me saying that I'm lying or didn't cop him. Even though the person he's confusing me with copped him as good and that shouldn't even be a problem, right? the post he quoted was in response to someone voting after saying "I guess that makes sense" or something like that, in response to a thing I said. so I guess that could be where the synapses got crossed? it's just... weird I guess.

sorry for the garbage paragraph I just needed to type out my thoughts. It seems to me like either a weird crossed wires problem at best or a moment of over-defensiveness and possible tmi. but that doesn't really make sense either

like if it was just confusing the cop or the result, fine. but confusing "indiglo copped need as civ and suspects me now" with "kyle copped me as mafia and I bet it happened because I'm a polar bear" it's a strange jump to make even without the player confusion

I looked back over Owner and I remember why I had voted him before. 1) The "inner dialogue" posts feel like contrived fakery, because of the blatant "only town needs to do real thinking like this" vibe it gives off. It feels more like a presentation than anything else. 2) This post where he gives a null read to Logic's direct challenge is bad. He lays down why he thinks he's a town read, but stops short of really saying it. Buddying Logic while retaining a shadow of suspicion. 3) Felt like he got cold feet on the Epi accusation and carefully played it off with some near-indignation, and then friendly comments and music discussion. Why would a Civ need to slink away like that?

That said, the rest of his ISO from then till now looks pretty good. Feels really Civ.

Regardless it seems pretty likely to me that the bastard mechanic is that the scum team only needs to decimate predators

On that note, what I was getting at Kyle is that *I* shouldn't appear as green in a mafia game with like 5 cops, a role that would indicate miller, and is even bastard. But if consider that all cops will never get a proper result at all, yes then indiglo could maybe only get green results.

The two bears shared took a drink. One had Old Forester 86 proof bourbon. The other drank Ron Zacapa 23 Centenario rum. Their feet dangled over the bridge in the rainforest district.

“Bad times for predators,” the first said.

“You’re telling me,” his friend agreed. “I’ve had more back talk from citizens over the last two weeks than in my entire career.”

“They’re scared.”

“They should be. Don’t they know that sometimes predators just…SNAP!”

The other bear flinched, then punched his drinking buddy with a grin. “Predators attacking people. What will they think up next?”

In the darkness behind them, there was a deep growl. Both bears turned around slowly.



“Holy shit!”

The panther leapt, landing on top of one of the bears while the other scrabbled backwards. Both bottles went over the edge, shattering too far below for any of the mammals to hear it over the sound of the bear’s screams. The two wrestling predators fell as well, leaving the other bear to wonder what the hell had happened.

Logic has been lynched. He was Officer Grizzoli (Town, Predator).
