I don't mind. I just figured it'd be easier and at this point I'm just pretty well guessing.

A little provocateur action in a game of subterfuge and you flip out and castigate me to this point. You're the one who makes Mafia not fun with your volatility and sensitivity.

Notwithstanding your refusal to use the MOD for it's implicit purpose.
Anywho that's more or less why I made that statement. Analyse LC's response vs. Dom's. Dom read the statement as being called dumb because he isn't bad. LC read it as being called bad because he isn't dumb. Dig?

I think I've played one game before with Dom, and he was Town so I've never seen a scum!dom. I don't think he makes that post as scum, can someone with playing experience with him attest to that?

Irony: Mac not living up to Dom's memories of Mac makes him suspicious to Dom initially. Then Mac lives up to them and that makes him suspicous to Dom too.
Maybe Dom is just obsessed with Mac. Dom would you like to go out on a date with me? Little wine and dine? Maybe a film?

Dom was Mafia in one game I played where he lost his shit because he thought the reasons he was getting suspicion were irrational. Won the game and then continued to bitch about it.

I think Juliet is town or at least leaning that way compared to early. I think Oreki was town so sig's gotta be town. One of Mac and Rej should be town, the other is whatever. Leaning towards Mac.
That leaves Sprit, Jack, LC and Sabie + remnant of Mac/Rej
That's 5 names for 3 spots.

I think Jack tunneling Juliets is either teammate distancing or town. Jack as Mafia would struggle to maintain a consistent suspicion on town Juliets who is playing the way she is.

Re: Escape From Sockville Penitentiary [DAY 4]
Sorry guys I had to eat.
Mac, are you saying you're sure Dom is town?
There is nothing I see that keeps sprityo and LC from being bad together.
Yes I did give an example of a game where Jack was bad and I was civ and he tunneled me like crazy. I can't remember how long that lasted though, I don't think it was 3 days - I'll look back and see if I can find the game.
Nova, I'm turning over those 4 names in my mind. It is hard for me to accept that either Mac or Rej has to be bad - maybe I just don't want to believe it. For now LC seems the worst to me but still, even if he is bad there have to be more in that group that are bad.
linki with [mention]MacDougall[/mention] - maybe, that would explain why sprit stood up for me and was so certain.

Re: Escape From Sockville Penitentiary [DAY 4]
Maaaan I don't know I've been reading everything for like an hour and still not sure. I read LC and there's not a lot there. Is the case on him basically that he appears to not be putting in as much effort as usual? He made it a point to say he doesn't vote with his teammates and then voted quin by himself initially but then started following wagons as they came along today. To me he seems to be putting in less effort than usual and kinda sliding by. I may vote there.
Dom is so sure mac is bad but others are quick to say there was enough evidence to suggest he's not. It took me awhile to pick up on what was even being referred to and theres no guarantee that is the case. There's no way to know since no one can counter claim or anything.
Juliets is doing a good job of defending herself and putting in a lot of effort which is a good look. I'm not entirely convinced of her being town yet but it's better than it was initially.
I'm iffy on rej I feel bad for his current situation irl but I see him as being scummy this game.

Where did everyone go? Am I reading the rules right that since nova and dom went over the post limit they start the day with votes regardless? Unless they had some way to circumvent that.

Re: Escape From Sockville Penitentiary [DAY 4]
Honestly, I’ve kinda given Rej some berth because of his irl problems. I’m generally not one to let emotional outbursts get to me but when people just say they’re having a shit time, I don’t want to kick them when they’re down. That’s not a good reason not to lynch someone but they also haven’t done anything suspicious since D1. Nothing townie either.juliets wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 3:28 pmJack, I voted for him only in solidarity with Mac and for self preservation purposes because if I recall correctly, he was the only other person who had a vote on him this morning besides me and Mac. I really don't want to remain on him but I haven't found a better place to go yet. Also I don't know why he still has his vote on me, he's had plenty of opportunity to take it off. If Dom still doesn't see that Mac is civ I could move my vote their.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 2:25 pm @juliets
Why are you voting Long Con?
@Long Con
Why didn’t you vote me then? I did basically the exact same thing as Juliets only with a neat gif.
Who are you looking at (besides me)? Are you still seeing a bad Rej? Seems like you had several you were considering as bad.
Sig’s done literally nothing.
Sabie did a little town looking stuff D1 or D2 but not much since.
I’m just gonna turn this into a rainbow.

Town
Jack - Role pm
Mac - I think I know his role
Nova - Feels like town Nova, post volume having to be lower taken into consideration
Dom - Felt good until today but he’s trending down for the Mac tunnel
Nullish
Sabie - A few good posts earlier.
Sig - Literally nothing
Sprityo - His reads seem to be upside down from mine.
Rej - Didn’t like how him or Drago looked D1 and Drago flipped town but he’s been missing since
Scum
LC - Bad vibes early. Hate the Mac vote. Hate the Juliets vote more.
And fuck if I know where to put Juliets. Hopefully LC flips scum and I can lock her in as town.
Part of the problem is that I can point to almost any player and say “maybe they’re coasting and therefore a wolf.”

We don’t have the software to hard enforce daily post counts so the best way to not go over is to just not try that hard. Plus 3 replacements in a relatively small game.

Day 4
The Warden was growing in confidence every day. Order, he felt, was being restored to his kingdom, one lowlife at a time. The unrest among the inmates was growing, and it was becoming easier to spot the ones nervous ones, those who had something to hide. He didn't even bother to make Johnny Tightlips' death look like an accident. Butchered in his own cell by some nameless guard. Maximum security indeed.
Long Con has been lynched. He was Johnny Tightlips, civilian jailkeeper.
It is Night 4. I would like to end the night around 7 PM EST tomorrow, so if you can get your night actions in by then I would greatly appreciate it

Day 5
Nobody was prepared for quite so strong a show of force from the Warden and his men. Once they got their claws in, they weren't going to let go. Life in the slammer was growing bleaker by the day, and it was an eerie sign that morning when the day started with one conspicuously empty cell. It was assuredly occupied the day before, but today there was absolutely no sign of life whatsoever. It was as if no one had ever been there at all. What were the inmates to do in the face of such total obliteration?
juliets has been killed. She was ???
It is Day 5. You have 48 hours to lynch somebody.
Note: Today is a potential MYLO scenario. As such, "No Lynch" is an option on today's poll.

It's not me so we need to legit figure this out this time. I'm thinking rej. I've been suspicious of him all game but he had a lot going on irl that kinda prevented people from making a case on him and voting him.

I'm town. I think Mac is townlean 'cause of that 0/4 (lol), being kind of his civself at moments and catching Juliets drift. I think Dom is townlean for calling Juliets and I stupid and for that outburst. I believe Oreki is townlean, making sig the same.
That leaves the 4 names I posted above. If it's not you, do you see a team of Sprit/Jack and Rej? What's making you suspicious of Rej exaclty?

Jack and spirit have not given me reason to think they're town. They both are usually a bit more aggressive in their scum hunting when they're town and I'm not really seeing that as much this game.

8 players. 3 scum.
5 vs 3 is lylo.
Town has a few powers that could give a second chance but it’s impossible for the town as a whole to know which of those powers are alive (ie not Juliets) and if they are, if their shots remain.
So basically, town should treat this as our last chance.

Epi/Juliets being the variable player. Dragomir is absolutely obvscum and needs to bite it.
