At the end of the mafia game, only three players were left standing. The three were all more or less newcomers to the site, with the oldest one having joined less than 2 years ago. The new generation was getting to solve a dillema the old gen had never been able to solve: which one was the best pet.

After much debate, Fayt was chosen for execution. As the one deemed a cat by the othert two. Or the one deemed a dog by one, and betrayed by the other.

- Dog faction forever! - screamed nova and Michelle, as they cast their votes.

Fayt was lynched. She was...

Ironically, the last dog to be lynched was the one most feared, and perhaps misunderstoo, in real life. Fayt had played a strong first game in the site, but not strong enough for an epic civilian win in lylo. At least not against the kind of opponent she was playing with.

Michelle and nova turned at each other. One of them was smiling.

The thing that had been irritating me the most by far in the dead chat was the Dom lynch. It was... very bad. But the frustration is alleviated knowing that it was spearheaded by a cat. Instead of just being a total dog derp, it was a clever cat. Cool beans.

Ahh man I was really hoping it wasn't nova back in like day 3 and then I realize it too late (after drago lynch) lol. Oh well I already said that many times, nova did very well and it was still very fun.

This was the first game where I had never played with no role reveal, no role claims, or hints at all. I can't go outright and say No way in hell nova is collie, etc so I learned a lot more what I had to do.

In my head, that read as "if the people who always survive long in mafia games win instead of the ones who always get lynched early, they deserve it".

The lynch choices in this game felt a tad predictable to me.

But stab aside, this was a great game. Overall it seems it was more succesful than GIrl Genius, despite being much simple. I guess in many cases, less is better. I'll try to see if I can make more games with weak roles like this. You can't beat the sheer drama of a 2v1 finish.
