Clearing out inactives is a fine use of a vig shot early on tbh. Agree that scum rarely NK them though unless they need gamestate to remain the same

Why on earth is Nutella scum? Her town and scum games are night and day different. She’s obviously town here. Plus we’ve mindmelded at least twice.
because she doesnt seem entirely town to me.
That’s not a reason.

I originally voted Rej because of his weaselly language when asked a direct question. And I haven't really been here since.

You’re scum for lying low yesterday.
This is a WIFOM trap and I don’t like it.
Interesting. Explain.
There is basically no normal response I could give to the post that I (and presumably you) wouldn’t be able to read and create an argument for in either direction. Now you’ve played with me a few times and so I’m not doubting that as best as I try to hide it I’d give off a sort of meta tone read but I don’t think it’s consistent.
So like:

General list of defenses

Angry response
apology
Shrug off
Meta defense
:feb:

I can’t say which of these I’d be more likely to give as scum or town. Probably depends more on my mood and like whatever comes to mind first. There are players who I think I would have a better idea of what they’d do but that can be manipulated too.
:ponder: Being this analytical about your responses pings me. Considering the reaction a person will have to every single response seems manipulative and emotionally detached. Town folk have no such need, and can rely on sincerity.

LC and Sloonei. Dunya could be too, there's nothing that rules it out, I just don't have much of a read one way or the other right now. The waiting around to see the night post when it meant staying up past 4am seemed civ, but a lot of other stuff has seemed mafia.

I think it's possible. That could just be distancing, given LCs reaction to it. And if I have one of them wrong, I Dunya also has no reasons she wouldn't fit as the second. So 2/3 makes sense to me. 3/3 just seems like a paranoid claim so I avoided saying that. But even that's possible... this is the problem with two civ wagons D1.

Idk. It’s been awhile. I think I’ve caught (for certain definitions of caught) you as scum 3 times this year and I’ve randed scum like 6 times this year and you weren’t on my team at all.

I correctly townread you in both your champs games but I technically wasn’t town.

Been diving into ISOs.

Would not lynch:
Boo
Dragon D. Luffy
Dunya
Long Con

sig has been busy, but I liked his player salad post. Felt organic.
Zemmi isn't here.
Sloonei's questions sometimes feel incomplete, like he's missing context or just not really forming opinions before saying things. I didn't like his flip on TSP after asking the question. Like "Oh, people think this was scummy, I see that now." Independent of TSP's alignment, that grates. Everything else about Sloonei is gucci.
NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME is having was too much fun to be scum
Creature posts like he has a content restriction on his posts. Word count or thought count. Somehow.
Coliniscool's post #595 is probably the most interesting post he has in this game. Little content in his ISO, even less of it counts, but there are a few nuggests of silver
Jackofhearts2005's posts are like mega blocks. They fit together, but don't stay together in a strong set. I know his reads, but not how strong they hold or whether they're related... and IDK why dunya still.

I'm gonna go write a book. See ya.

It’s honestly not worth ever worrying about my alignment. I’m unlynchable so what’s the point in trying to read me? :haha:

How do some people get to be scum so often? I feel like the Halley’s Comet of bad guys over here.

I just feel it in my bones :noble:

But like, to put part of it into words, and I think others have said similar things:. You're asking empty questions, which is generally your MO, except they feel particularly insincere/like your heart is not really in them. You, along with speed, are saying things just to say things and asking questions you could easily find the answers to yourself so it looks to me like you're trying to fluff your post count up to emulate your town game while not fully showing the spirit of it.

I town read sloonei after the night was over because he got upset about me calling his LC read "meek" and used the word fuck to emphasize his dissatisfaction.

Y'all can laugh, I'm cashing my townie sloonei in the bank.

what the actual fuck. how are my reads "garbo" and how are yours any better. :suspish:
This feels like an overreaction, but I didn't see the reads yet
This is just my humorous way of talking to Jack now. I have been annoyed in this game literally 0 times. I am very chill and enjoying the hell out of myself.

But jack's my bitch. A backstabbing one. ;)
