I apologize for the delay, I put some rice on to cook for lunch and fell asleep while I was waiting. So I woke up and had to cook some lunch (before MP starved) and so I was late getting back online here. I am very sorry an will do it now.

All I've Got To Do

One of the silly people was bored. All this death going on was old news, this place needed some fun! They wandered over to chat with AceofSpaces by the bar and nodded a greeting to him before ordering a drink while they waited for the next song to start. The bartender quickly made the drink, slid it across the bar and told the Silly Person how much it would be. They pulled out a wallet and retrieved a credit card, paid and as they went to slide the card back in the wallet suddenly everything went everywhere. "whoa, think it might be time for a new wallet there!" Aces observed.

"Crap, this is the third wallet I have done that to."

Aces looked surprised, "Third wallet? what are you doing to them?"

"Oh! Have you heard of The Edge of Glory knife sharpener? The one on the late night commercials?"

Aces gave a half shrug, wondering where this was going.

"Well they showed how you can sharpen your credit cards into precision cutting instruments! So I bought one and sharpened all my credit cards."

"You sharpened... Your credit cards...? Why?"

"Well, you know if I am ever mugged, all I've got to do is act like I am getting out my wallet for the mugger like this and then," in one fluid motion the Silly Person demonstrated how his credit card could now be used to slash someone's jugular with A credit card. Not that Aces cared much since, you know, his jugular was now slashed.

Night is over, AceofSpaces has been killed by the Silly People!

You have 24 hours to lynch someone.

Spacedaisy you have one sick seance of humor killing Ace with cards (well a card). Chaindeath is saddened by the events at the bar (imagine the time it took/will take to clean up all the blood...) and with Ace's death. (see kids if you drink you die. Simple as that.) The only person that chaindeath has seen Ace talk about is vomps, so could this be a cover up? :ponder:

My apologies, I missed this question earlier. The answer is the lynch was a tie, I flipped a coin and it landed on Chaindeath, you saw the results from there.

Additionally, the choice of the Reprise will be revealed to the person or people it affects at the time when it comes into play.

So my one ping was Kate. When she was asking her question about what happens in the case of a tie, I read it as an attempt to keep some suspicion on chaindeath. ie, I think she wanted it to be clear that chaindeath was not 100% off the hook, idk, it just made me really nervous in context.

No, the point was to find out if DH was actually lynched the second time. If so, then we would be able to deduce that one of them was the horse and one was a teacher. But,that was not the case.

Good to know you still think I'm bad ever game though :bounce:

Well, I did do a bit of a re-read and the people who stuck out the most were Aces and Roxy. Aces is now dead.... With Roxy, it felt to me that she was trying to jump on DH for not answering a question that she did not ask... sort of maybe jumping on the early suspicion of him based on people thinking he was connected with Chaindeath... simply because FH voted for Chaindeath, DH voted for FH, FH was lynched. It is very clear, as in CRYSTAL clear, that DH's vote for FH had nothing to do with her getting lynched.

Other than that, I have no idea who is the most suspicious at this time. I do so wish we had the voting orders......

Oh my gosh, I've missed a lot! So sorry, wonderful hostess!

Okay, so I think it's looking like Chaindeath is Henry, yeah? It does seem like Roxy is going after DH a bit hard over nothing.

Now after reading up on everything, the only other ping I got was BF suspecting Kate's question. It seemed fairly clear to me that she was just asking for clarification on what happened in the link, I wouldn't have thought it was "trying to keep suspicion on Chaindeath."

To clarify I don't think anyone should clear me of suspicion for my suspicion, but I think it's odd that DF suspects me for the reason he listed. It is a valid point that baddies don't like "confirmed civvies" - they are impossible to lynch and sometimes harder to nightkill if there is a protector of some sort in the roles. I just dont find his reason for suspecting me valid/genuine. I'll let you decide for yourselves but just consider that there's no reason to raise your eyebrow over something like this. He could have just said he interpreted her post differently, that he didn't see my point, but took it a step further and said it pinged him, which I 100% think it shouldn't. Rather, I think he is trying to shift suspicion my way to shut me up, but what do I know.

When I said it pinged me, I meant that your suspicion seemed a bit forced to me, since I saw Kate's question as a reasonable thing to ask. I grant your point that baddies don't like confirmed civs, but in the interest of gaining as much info as we can, wouldn't we all want to know what happened in the lynch?

And I like to think I'm a bit more subtle when I have teammates to defend.

Chaindeath is getting bad feelings from Roxy, more of an instinct, something seems off with her. She might just be playing aggressively but as he said before bad vibes.

Well chaindeath had to be the one who had been lynched, since it was switched to BWT. It obviously wasn't a tie. So I don't quite see the point of pushing that issue, since, assuming the host did answer the question(and I would not have, lol) it would not have been an answer implicating chaindeath in any way, imo, since BWT did not vote for chaindeath.

I don't necessarily think that questioning who was lynched makes someone bad, but i also don't think questioning the point of the question makes someone bad, either. So :eye: to Faraday~

As for Roxy, I don't think she has had a lot of thread time. RL issues have kept her offline a lot the past week. So while I see chaindeaths point, I am not ready to vote on it. I have gotten the impression from talking to her about non game related issues (mainly the hosting poll, vote if you haven't yet [/plug] ) that her online time will be increasing this week.

BF, why must you not only think I'm bad all the time, but then start linking me to people? I'm not bad.

No one said you didn't know anything, you read my question and misinterpreted my reasons for asking it. I was trying to shine light on the last lynch.

And, LT, you were completely right. I had thought that in order for someone to switch the lynch to someone that voted that, that voter must also have a vote cast against them. That's why it seemed like like we were speaking a different language when we were discussing the lynch switches before.

Lol Kate, I really don't remember this being an issue, I'm sorry that you feel like I always suspect you. I've been gone for so long I really don't remember many intricacies of people's game styles, so I'm more or less playing with a clean slate. That being said I'm going to try and retread the thread at lightning fast speed and get my vote in, I'm on my lunch break. Then tonight ill have a lot of free time to look back. BWT is at least worthy of a retread since he was bad, maybe it will shine some light on the subject. Kate, I'll try to be open minded but hey, at least I got some conversation started, not much at all was even being discussed before. Conversation is the civvies friends, confusion and panic settles in the best when they are not discussing and forming a united front.

Well that didn't do me much good lol. Devin pinged me but he was NKed. Hopefully he was on the opposite baddie team. I'm leaning civvies on aces, I liked his input the other day, wish we'd see more of him. I think vomp has been plain unhelpful but I don't think it necessarily translates to being a baddie. I agree with others that a person that hasn't been replaced is more likely civ just because they would actively seek them out for assistance and 2, if they can't reach them I imagine they might be prodding SD relentlessly for a replacement. Early on I felt LT was unhelpful as well but over time I felt better about her. I feel a little better about Kate from the reread, specifically in regards to her discussion with DH about CDs role and couldn't/wouldn't. I also feel ok with SVS, she's not being fleety. Idk I'm at a loss here guys, I think the person I feel worst about is DH and I don't really feel all that bad about him. But he did make me a little nervous, it just seemed like at times he was trying to maybe stir the pot but avoid being in the spotlit for doing it. Could be comp lately wrong but ill throw my vote his way I guess. Here's to lynching a baddie...

@LT - I nev er said I asked DH a question - at all - I asked him to respond to my post which he did with a big No u. Are we reading the same thread? lol

As for others - if you would lay olut some sort of case I will respond. Can't respond to bad vibes

I do not understand why Chaindeath is getting a pass after surviving 2 lynches. Maybe its b/c I am not living in the thread like used to. Idk.

If I get lynched without proper case being made I would look at DH then chaindeath and now I add LT.

As Conor still hasn't posted I'm voting for him again.

BF - The only reason other people were eyeing DH was because they thought he had something to do with the lynch switching. Now that that has been clarified, why do you find him suspicious?

Linkis: Roxy, you continuing to suspect Chaindeath is not going to help you in any way. He is a civvie. I think you might want to do a quick re-read of the thread. (Hope you are doing okay!! )

Who is Conor?

LT - What about your suspicion of me b/c I asked DH to respond to that you said was a "question"? Did you read back on that convo?

Um, no not really. I specifically said, I was not pinged but in my first read through you were not on the list of those I labeled likely civ. Those names are not in any order.

I think I'm voting either DF or Vomp.

SVS, what do you think about DF?

Well I just reread DF, it took about 39 seconds. LOL

I'm not even sure what I was remembering, so now off to reread Rox.
