Yea I'd say Monokumka hereby dubbed bearo is a chaotic third party which does probably make the mafia team. But has another goal.
I do find it curious for people saying we should lynch Bearo since my understanding is he's unlyncable. I also agree with the people who are against lynching and am eyeing jack for saying we should lynch people.

Just Monokuma doesn't pull the trigger himself, he uses culted people to shoot.
So the Cultafia has a faction killer performing a kill with the performer being another recruit each time?
How do they kill? it just says "the recruited people basically have to kill ONE player then survive". If that's their wincon then how do they obtain a nightkill or do they have to cause a mislynch?

I think the main puzzle is whether Monokuma is lynchable or not. The setup says he is unkillable, but says nothing about lynchable. The stuff about him being "found" does suggest what would happen after a flip, though. COuld mean he flips when he is hit with a night kill, but could also mean a lynch. Or being correctly guessed by a specific player.
If he is lynchable, then it's worth it to try to lynch someone Day 1, because this is a cult game and cults are dealt with by taking down the cult leader ASAP.
If he is unlynchable, then the expected value of the lynch depends on whether lynching him makes us gain anything. It has to be something very good though, to justify a 1/16 chance at missing.
I don't know.

I don’t feel like I should have to explain to you how a player base of 15 townies and 1 (probably) unlynchable wolf doesn’t lead to much in the way of good outcomes for a lynch.

Coooooo! (If we make 8, 2 vote wagons it gives narrows the tie breaker to 2 different people regardless of who gets lynched. That being the tie breaker and whoever else voted with them. Unless Okosan is misunderstanding that and the tie breaker gets to choose after all the votes are cast or something, but that seems incorrect)
