I'm reading and trying to comment as I go along. I tend to mess this sort of thing up badly. Bare with me if I do again.

And this just in: Agnes Sampson was Harry Potter.
Interesting, I wonder if this is a result of Hermione casting her spell? The role doesnt say that the results are made public...
These are your last three posts, spread out over roughly 29hours. You didn't answer "a few posts" and you haven't said
a thing about this.
You had ample time.
This is a fair point.
Barbara Kollerin wrote:I wasn't aware people were timing me, lol.
As for your link, I admit to being a bit scattered the other day and rushing my thoughts, but I stand behind my vote.

This response feels a bit to me much like the response Rebecca Nurse gave to me. I had a legitimate question and somehow it was turned around to I'm a jerk for wanting to keep tabs on her 24/7.
Anne Whittle wrote:Jane Southworth wrote:Yay Jennet! At least we aren't losing folks at night. Except poor Harry, it appears

Yet a part of me doesn't want to take that info at face value. I mean why are we just now being told? What would cause that to happen?
linki: Yeah it's possible Hermione is involved... but unless she checked Agnes night 1 and is somehow just now sharing the info, then it must have been a dead role check, which could be a different power, perhaps an unlisted one. Either way it's weird that we were told, that almost never happens in games, and I'm not sure whether I should trust it or not.
I believe it was Harry that was killed for you to dismiss it so quickly cricked my brow along with the general tone of your posts.
I also do not like how Barbara completely ignored Bridgets last post.
I do not think Entjen should be overlooked just bc she is under some sort of posting restriction. She was front and center for 2 lynches both times we lost important civ roles. I imagine they gave her the restrcition hoping she would be giiven a pass today. I do not like it. It feels all icky and covered with baddie hands.
My vote will go one of these people.
I don't think entjen should be overlooked, but I don't think the case against her is strong enough to warrant voting her under a posting restriction. This goes 2 ways. Either Entjen is a civ and the post restriction makes it impossible for her to defend her self. Or Entjen is bad and it gives her another cycle. I've been lynched more than once under a curse and I was a civ every time. I'd rather - early in the game, give her the benefit of the doubt. I could see baddies cursing her *because* she is so under the microscope. And because someone will say "Entjen is prolly bad and cursed her so she would get the free pass."
If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I won't be voting Entjen while she is cursed. That's not to say - I won't vote her the cycle after that. IDK. That's really my point. I'd rather talk to her than deal with insanity posts.
Jane Southworth wrote:I didn't dismiss anything, Anne Whittle. I agree that it is likely we've lost Harry, but I'm wary of how the information was given to us. Why would the hosts reveal that? And do so on Day 4, when she died on Night 1? Don't you think that is worth looking into, at least a little bit? If you don't want to question it, fine, that's your choice. But I think it's worth looking into and I don't think it's suspicious to want to discern why we are being told now.
I think you might be wrong about Entjen, but either way she is insanified and so I think that discussion should wait until another day. By the way, the insanifier is a civvie role in this game.
I would like to hear from Barbara today as well. I didn't see how big the connection was between her and Jennet until Alizon just brought it up. Barbara has indeed been lurking in Jennet's shadow for most of the game. The only thing Barbara has done differently from Jennet was her vote for Margaret yesterday, a suspicion she never mentioned until she set it up exactly one post before she voted. When Alizon called Barbara out for not responding to Bridget's post, all Barbara said in response was "I stand by my vote".
I agree with all of this. And also - I think it's VERY important to note that the insanifier is a civ role. It can be used for protection. I think maybe Luna felt the jury was still out on Entjen - enough to want to make her insane enough to not vote for her another cycle.
Lizzy wrote:Lovely theories in regards to Agnes' reveal, but before things might get out of hand, I'd like to take this moment to tell you that you should take it as the hosts' gift to you all. Together we can build a peaceful and better world; a world dominated by balance, fairness and overall respect for universal fundamental ethical principles.
Ahem! You get the picture.
It totally sucks, but thank you for clarifying.

I can't really say anything more about Jennet. Her play has struck me as civ and in this game, trust is hard to come by. But, the irony is that I apparently misunderstood some of her points and leapt to a conclusion that she had not made, so...

yeah, I'm not sure what to say except that I'm a bit of a spaz...

Ok - I'm a bit confused as to what you think this game Barbara. Please for the slow wiches (that would be me) explain it all out.
Jennet Bierley wrote:I don't really see baddies making that sort of mistake, as they tend to be more careful in their play. Then again, that very well could have been a slip...
That's a fair point too - on both ends.
Jane Southworth wrote:Where is everyone? Lots of people haven't even checked in today. 9 witches have 10 or fewer posts: Alice Nutter, Alizon, Brita, Karin, Margaret P, Sarah Good, Kael, Anne Whittle, and Merga. There's likely at least one baddie in that group, lying low and blending in. I'm giving Alizon and Anne W a pass for now, as they were recently replaced and seem to be participating. Anna Koldings has 14 posts, and said she would be more active today, but that has not happened yet.
Of the higher posting players, I am getting more civ vibes than baddie ones. Rebecca however stands out to me for the way she acted at the end of the last lynch and into this one. She came through yesterday with some suspicions and pointedly asked for thoughts. When thoughts were given, and she was asked in return to respond or said she would respond, she twice used the excuse of having to go to work instead of ever getting around to answering those things. I've been trying to give her more time so she couldn't use the ol "Don't rush me, I didn't realize I was being timed" excuse, but she has not shown up yet today and I have to bring it up eventually. Here's where she said she would reply to some stuff:

Thank you for reminding me of those, I'll reply when I get home tonight. If I'm still alive

I know I will be though, nobody would kill lovable old me

Well she survived the night but she has not made another post since this one, not even to make a dick joke. :P But to be honest, she is not the only person who is missing. Lots of players aren't talking at the moment, and silence is not going to help us get on the right track to nabbing a baddie.
Barbara Kollerin wrote:Are you sure you haven't gotten your witches crossed? Some of your thoughts sound like they refer to me, I.i. the being timed comment?
To be fair, it is the same song different dance partner....
linkie - poor lunified etjen. I'm guessing you're going to explode when you can talk again.
