Night 0 just makes more sense to me. Day follows night. Plus it's 24 hours. Days are 48 hours in this game. I think I always do Night 0. Way cooler.

I saw him pose a philosophical question of general strategy (i.e. "how much can you really glean from X?") without a dismissive tone. Folks often don't know what to do with your questions, Sloonbeard, it's something that has gotten you into trouble.

I just wanted to throw my suspicions out and let people know who I’m observing. It’s page 2 reads anyway, it’s some place to build from.

Each of the bottom two paragraphs here struck me as suggesting discomfort from ted. You highlighted the first paragraph, which I acknowledge could be a response from a player who is not accustomed to my aggressive style of questioning. But the bottom paragraph resonated more strongly with me. "I just wanted to throw my suspicions out and let people know who I'm observing." The wording suggests that my light pressure has put him in a spot that he does not want to be in. Whether he doesn't want to be in that spot because his reads are bogus, or because he's not accustomed to providing so much detail this early on, I do not know.

ted was town in All My Circuits and sprit's wacky social experiment thing. I should review those games.

She's right that she says this every game, but the observation I've made is that Town nutella is more casual and flippant about her suspicion of Sloonei, while Mafia nutella can be a bit rigid about it. These two posts in quick succession struck me as merry read-vomiting nutella.

Given her time away from the game, old-school Syndicate norms, and her relationships with the players on this roster (many of whom I figure she does not know), that made sense to me. Ted is based off previous games this is well within his civ meta. Everything from jumping in, to his semi aggressiveness and all that jazz. Now it's still early easy to fake meta, but I'm confident in those two loans.

OK, sig, I’m gonna explain this to you.

My question to Jules was a two fold question. Maybe even three fold. First, it served to help me sort her out. I like to know what I think of Jules pretty fast, and I find that gauging her answer to a direct question not directly related to her helps me with that. If she is bad, I don’t think she’s on a team with any of the vanilla voters, and I am leaning civ. I might ask G-Man a direct question, too Second, it correlates to the two posts I quoted above it, from Chuck and Jack. Of the 5 vanilla voters, they put no thoughts into the thread about their votes, Chuck moreso than Jack; Chuck just dropped his vote without any reason or discussion. If Zero polls with meaning are not common anymore, then maybe their votes mean nothing in particular. If they were more common, though, I would not expect a whole team to vote for them. Same would go for the three Pistacio voters. So, third, it’s a good way to start discussion on this topic, since I seem not to be the only one whose eye was caught by the vanilla voters.

Not sure why trying to start discussion is “fluffy”, but OK.

The type of discussion makes you present, but overall didn't seem to contribute much.

Perhaps you are reading strength into other people's reads. I do not believe that I am one of the people this statement is directed at, but I've been faced with this criticism plenty of times in the past. Throwing out early reads like candy is a strategy certain players follow. Those do not need to be strong reads at all.
