Your progression on them has felt very CWAC, in that by a cursory glance it looks like you have a lot of posts detailing your suspicions on them, but when you actually look at it very little is actually written about them and you're mostly relying on other people posting about them and telling/suggesting to people that they're scum rather than put in any real work in detailing reads or even suspicions about these people. Of all the reasons to scumread you, this is the strongest.

Ted has not stood out to me much, which makes him a suspect by default in this context. I gave a half-serious scum read on him earlier here because his question felt like it was trying to lead me somewhere rather than trying to get me to open up organically.

I have a question for you. Why didn't you consider talking about mechanics to be a "getting things going" action? It was the most pressing matter at the moment because their were 2 players that signed up and weren't added to the player list. It is of something to talk about you wouldn't say?
