Though even with him posting more, it's mainly nothing posts. His one reads post above ^ was fine. A bit waffley, just a few halfhearted townleans, but I kind of feel a scum would throw in at least one scumlean to look like he's doing a bit of work both ways? Similarly his vote move off of M+7 was onto the zero poster, which is an easy spot for a scum to hide, but on the other hand I liked his thought process for why he didn't want to linger on M.

So overall a very WIFOMy townlean I guess.

What I mean by pulling an Eva is complimenting me by saying I'm a tricky player in an attempt to pocket me. :P Even though you also said that you townread me and nutella based on page 1.

I've seen this very thing happen, where someone guessed the entire scumteam on page 1. Every scummer came out and said 'welp, game's up, you got us.' Then we ignored that and played the game.

I think his exhaustion is more likely due to rolling mafia than anything else. He says he's not as interested and doesn't know why he signed up, which in my experience is more of a wolf tell than a town one.

Yeah this concerns me about speed a bit tbh. I often incorrectly suspect him so I want to be careful about this, but it doesn't seem like him to state such a strong suspicion with quotes and everything this early in the game.

Is there another game you can think of where you made the same kind of joke as town? I don't want to falsely see this as AI if it's not.

Okay, maybe not. I like his more recent posts, but they are fakeable, especially for him.

I know his meta pretty well- one way to read him better is by ISOing, which I'll do later. His posts often look good in isolation when he's wolf but fall apart when read in bulk together.

I have nothing to add to any of these three posts. I just wanted to say that I saw and noted what was said. :P If anything, I like MR a little more from his answer. Tony's answer was a little meh. Wish he had provided some examples of where he felt Speedchuck was being disingenuous.

It’s a joke I almost always make as both alignments. I can point to examples if I really have to.

He did say he was playing in three games at once, but he's had time to post here. Even gut reactions would be nice, but scum don't have guts.

Also, my early scum read of MP was not totally a joke. I retracted it, but it did actually come back as his later posts felt wrong/forced somehow. His town meta can look beep-boopy but he's seemed a bit too far in that extreme so far and if he doesn't start doing more I'd be happy with lynching him.

Yeah, I noticed the lack of game relevant posts, too. I think the main thing that had kept me from joining his wagon in the last 12-24 hours was that Long Con was on the wagon. I like him more now though, and MR has been continuing to settle into town territory in my head.

I might try to start a wagon on a lurker though (Poison in this case since Nanook seems open to them), just to see what happens.
