This is contrast to voting patterns though. Part of me is starting to think that MJ keeps getting saved with me and others on the back burner. Reading MJ as a civ voice is the only think keeping me from pursuing this harder.

he continually refused to acknowledge my direct claim of having buffed him even after I repeated it, like, several times. he stubbornly ignored that it should have earned me at least some town cred. instead he bullishly pushed past it and insisted that I was wolfy nonetheless. particularly as long as at least like one or two other people (carot, maybe lissa or ow) were scumreading me. this tells me that he needed to keep me in the pool of viable suspects for as long as possible and nudge along the narrative that I looked suspicious, while quietly shutting down the increasing evidence to the contrary. I suspect that he's quieted down now about me because he finally realizes the tide of the thread and that I'm not going to be his pet miselimination.
